I love Milos, I believe he is a good trainer. Sometimes it goes your way other times it doesnt , but that what life is. People are so quick when it comes to hating without knowing any background. When it comes to bodybuilding , even the smallest mistake half hour before the stage can make a huge difference. Milos did an excellent job with Samson over the years and that should not be forgotten.
I love Milo’s man. What an amazing coach turning Samson into this amazing physique .
Milos is one of the most sincere students of bodybuilding I have ever seen. The man is a legend himself, his memory regarding showings, placings is immaculate. He gives credit where is due, admits if he has made an error of judgement, and despite being one of the most calculated coaches I know, is willing to learn from the best and even share his wisdom. One cannot deny the fact that he has played an instrumental role in the meteoric rise of Samson Dauda. Its just that sometimes guys hit a plateau and they need a change in the environment. Attributes like peaking, conditioning is sometimes determined by factors beyond the control of the coach or the athlete. With that being said , I believe Samson will achieve a lot hereon and Milos was , is , and will always remain a class act
I can hear the disappointment in Milos' voice when he talks about Samson and James. I feel as though they failed him more than he failed them.

Could very well be the case. Derek is going to come improved as well he is so early on his improvements can be shocking too. They both have everything they need to win , Hani is unbelievable..it’s going to be a great battle.. Nick might pull a shocker too
Derek doesn't have shredded front genetics. Not sure that is something that can be improved

Something strange happens when Milos is the guest. Something akin to witchcraft, perhaps? Who knows? But every time, I tell myself that I'll watch a few minutes and in the end, I watch the whole show. Milos, like Jay, has something unique that is his own, a charisma, a radiance that makes you hang on his every word. Milos is easy to love.

Milos is so classy. He was very honest at the 8:25 Mark...." If Samson finally listens ( to everyone saying he needs more condition)... "... Then Milo s quickly next breath takes the blame himself for not bringing him in condition....i know we like to poke at Milos a bit... And tho he would NEVER publicly acknowledge it... I really think Milos has his hands full trying to get his 2 most elite bodybuilders to focus on diet and cardio.... Esp peak weeks.... Yeah they both have Milos as coach.... But perhaps these 2 guys are set in their ways???
Right?! If you look back at the whole time Samson was with Milos, he never weighs himself he goes off the mirror (fair enough) he doesn't weigh food, he just eye balls it. And cardio is 30 minutes a day. It's LAZY!!
People say he should work with Hany. Imagine Hany putting up with that lazy mindset and going against him? 😅 Hany would drop him ASAP

Why is nobody mentioning that Milo’s had to deal with Samson wife who thinks she knows what she is doing because she got Samson a genetic freak his pro card . Like she is def a factor
100%. And he was a relative fuckin nobody when she coached. He transformed overnight as soon as he hired a real coach
Milo’s did a tremendous job with Samson and James! Maybe Samson doesn’t want to suffer enough to get ripped, shredded and dry to the bone? That’s not Milo’s fault.
I think it was a wrong decision for Samson to leave Milos, because hadi and Derek are far better than anyone else, at least in the past few years, and Nick is far better than anyone else too,but Milos and Samson defeated Nick last year, so I think Milos understands the current situation very well, but Samson is not patient enough. In fact, many good athletes are like this, lack of patience, and always believe that others can do it, but It's often just a matter of time

what's killing me throw this video is watching Jay keeps looking at someone we can't see almost like people are walking by his studio taking pics of him or just staring at him lol Anyway always great watching these guys' podcasts.

The progress Milos did with Samsons physique is mind boggling. Great job Milos. Whoever now coaches Samson the pressure will be enormous. Now the person really has to get Samson peeled or it will look like a failure going forward. Trying to get Samson stripped out wont be easy without losing any new back/upperbody/ thickness imop theyre going to have to bring him down like Chris Aceto did to Andrew Jacked in last years Arnold to see if its even possible for Samson to get peeled. And that flat stringy look probably will look like Samson is going backwards. Probably has to be done or they're all just going to be spinning their wheels eeking out mediocre percentages of rippedness when Samson needs quite a bit more. Should be interesting either way. Samson is great bodybuilder hope they get to that elusive look.

Thanks Jay , another great one Milos is always a great guest , his love for the sport is always there . Samson lost some credibility with his post saying he was almost dying and probably not doing the Arnold UK , and as soon as he hears Hadi might not do it , he is feeling great and going to do the show, letting all the fools on the internet jump all over Milos how he was killing Samson with his protocols when they don’t even know what they were doing. Milos is such a professional !!! SR.
Bottom line Samson didn't do enough cardio period! Dude should be doing min. 3 hours total a day. Even Aceto said he would put a guy on 4 hours of cardio. Not enough cardio and not 100 percent strict on the day you get his shape.
Always bitching bout his food being low too

Finally. This is the closest thing to the actual event after the arnold.
Milos is one of the best coaches. And too nice and he’s not an an enforcer.He has trained 100s of if bb professionals since flex wheeler and Dennis James to Samson he’s gotten many clients shredded . Samson looks like the last Olympia and this Arnold didn’t fully listen to milos and was listening to his wife . mostly .He was doing 45 minutes of treadmill for cardio and crying about low carbs . He was scared of getting smaller .Eating pizza once a week during prep. He doesn’t have the mentality of getting out of his comfort zone and work harder then everyone to be # 1,. Since he won the last Arnold his head gotten too big. Unless he makes changes in his attitude towards getting in the best shape , he could not beat hadi or Derrick.✌️
I LOVE THESE!! Always a great insight when Milos is on, thank you for the consistent podcasts. We are huge fans of bodybuilding, even just listening to Jay tell stories is a podcast in itself

Hands down to Milos that he stayed what he is, a great and decent man and didn't say anything "bad" but we can all see James and Samson disrespected him big time. I can't help myself and not think that Fuad is a little whisperer alongside wife. When Milos says "my friend" he means that, when Fuad says "my friends" he means my piggybank.
Milo’s has shown character by still talking about Samson in a good way regardless of what Samson did to him

He got too big, and it ruined his mid section which he can't fix unless he downsized a couple of pounds

My speculation is the following...Samson is genetically gifted, but doesn't have the Dorian Yates, Jay Cutler or Hadi do or die mentality. Look at his vlogs, 3 full eggs in the morning 5 days out??? Milos tried to push him with stricter diet, diuretics, etc. Whatever it takes and Samson started breaking apart. Not sure if a different coach will be able to get Samson to the next level of conditioning.

I agree, I honestly think Samson is the modern day Flex Wheeler. He got to a place of success he never thought he’d be at without having to push to a level some athletes would have die in the gym to get to. Milos is OCD with it, diet, supplements, training, etc. Samson has a wife, a dog, nice house, a McLaren, likes to travel, eat pizza, and has a supplement contract he has to do appearances and what not for. Can’t say either person is wrong, but you have to be just as intense as Hadi if you want to beat him, same reason Flex could never beat Ronnie.

Samson & Milo's did great together , dam wanted them to win the Mr O together!!!!. Samson said they still have a close relationship & it was really hard to part way's with Milo's. Outside of the body building world they still have a personal relationship. They decided to part way's because he wanted to go the next level!!!. Wish them both the best moving forward. Milo's should be proud that him & samson went from top 10 to being the top 3 in the world.

Crazy to think Arnold only won $1,000 at the Olympia, and it actually went down, not up, to $750. I think that's why he's taking such good care of the athletes at his show.
Open is king, most people commenting Classic or whatever is more popular are usually younger people, I know many of them. But they are not willing to go to the Olympia or Arnold and buy seats to see the show.

It's clear Samson doesn't want to do the suffering that's needed to bring the condition. And James hiring Milos but eating pizza and burgers multiple days in a row as a "refeed" then says he knows his own body and doesn't need a coach 😅 the truth is they want the easiest route to the top and don't want to suffer.
Milos is just amazing. I'm just sad that Samson didn't win him his first Olympia after all the hard work. But you'll win it eventually, mark my words💪

The reality is that Hadi was conditioned to the hilt, and Samson had that bubble gut popping out on multiple poses. I’m thinking Samson is going to tighten up the conditioning at the Arnold UK. I think it’s going to be closer this time around.
As good as Jays legs, hams and glutes may be...Gregg Valentino at 63 has him beat. Gregg showed his legs and glutes a few months ago....Was CRAZY. Would be a great show if you guys got Gregg on some day.

Whatever is athlete , special the ones that favour condition, knows that Milos is right! At this level cardio , suffer is necessary for extreme condition.
