      We usually use dry seasoned pepper to eat it or pepper sauce

      We also do it but we coat it with crispy flour,fry and then shake them with bbq seasoning powder.
      But best for me we put meatballs or vermicelli with veggies as the filling then covered with crispy flour fry and eat with chilli sauce or shrimp paste sauce 🤤

    I did not know that Hausa people prepare 'tofu' in Nigeria. I am really impressed. I am happy to know that there is something like this to eat when I return to Nigeria.

    As an igbo,I was born and raised in kano ...... It's called awara and very tasty,they have dankwa,gurassa,dan wake, gwaza,kunun samya,alewa, e.t.c there is love in diversity and food ❤❤❤❤❤❤
