    This video really helped me understand what I was doing wrong with my pull ups, as I've noticed my back doesn't feel like it's progressing. Thank you so much for the "drive your elbows back" and "don't shrug" because both of these have been my issue. Made a customer out of me!

    The foot supported pull up with parallels bar is an insane idea. I can do 5 normal pull ups, but the back feeling can not beat this. My bicep, back and forearms are shaking right now 🙏🙏😭😭

      I'm not notification squad, but I watch most of the videos. I just wouldn't want to be interrupted with 1 notification while doing something. Instead, I prefer to check all of the new videos later.

    Thank you! I can do 25 pullups with absolute horrible form, using primarily arms. I don’t have the back strength to do more than a few clean pullups. I’ll give these a try and let you know in a few. months how it goes!

    As someone who's currently on their weighted pull up journey. This is v helpful.
    Doing 5x5 and once I got into mid to high 30s some bad habits began to form. Need to lower weight and rectify

    This is definitely one of the most useful pull-up videos. I'm still in the band-assist and negative-pullups stage. (Along with inverted rows, scapula raises.) Looking forward to being able to do sets of 8-12 with full body weight.

    Bodyweight rows (also known as australian pull ups) are also pretty good to work on your back thickness, coz they mainly target your upper back
