This video really helped me understand what I was doing wrong with my pull ups, as I've noticed my back doesn't feel like it's progressing. Thank you so much for the "drive your elbows back" and "don't shrug" because both of these have been my issue. Made a customer out of me!
Love the new video. Answered a lot of questions Ive had recently about chest to bar and hollow body pullups as well as answers to questions I didn't know I had!
You guys are awesome! Trying to disengage arms as you’ve suggested makes a quite noticeable difference in both feeling and complexity of say ~10 pull ups
The foot supported pull up with parallels bar is an insane idea. I can do 5 normal pull ups, but the back feeling can not beat this. My bicep, back and forearms are shaking right now 🙏🙏😭😭
All these fitness influencers and so few of them have a body which informs the viewer of its utter fitness like yours. You haver clearly perfected what I'm striving for and I'll use your body and lessons as one of my primary models
I'm not notification squad, but I watch most of the videos. I just wouldn't want to be interrupted with 1 notification while doing something. Instead, I prefer to check all of the new videos later.
Thank you! I can do 25 pullups with absolute horrible form, using primarily arms. I don’t have the back strength to do more than a few clean pullups. I’ll give these a try and let you know in a few. months how it goes!
Great vid as ussual guys! Can you do in the future some content about breathing techniques in bodyweight training? Almost all the content of this topic on internet is more powerlifting focused!
As someone who's currently on their weighted pull up journey. This is v helpful. Doing 5x5 and once I got into mid to high 30s some bad habits began to form. Need to lower weight and rectify
This is definitely one of the most useful pull-up videos. I'm still in the band-assist and negative-pullups stage. (Along with inverted rows, scapula raises.) Looking forward to being able to do sets of 8-12 with full body weight.
There's so many people struggling todo even one well I'm glad that i can do 6 strict pullups. dont lose hope guys build foundation and you'll be able to get what you want
Great advice! Can you make a video about inverted L pull ups as well? (Is there something wrong with those, I can barely find information about the execution of them?). Thanks

For sure

This is by far the single best calisthenics channel on YT. Thank you for outstanding videos, guys. They are very much appreciated.
Love the new video. Answered a lot of questions Ive had recently about chest to bar and hollow body pullups as well as answers to questions I didn't know I had!

This has got to be one of the best pull up tip! I've been doing pulls but I know that I'm not fully activating my back. More power to you guys!

I really hope that you'll make a video for skinny guys.
Gud stuff.
it's like you're talking to me
Your videos are very high quality and informative, I would appreciate if you put Turkish subtitles in your videos.
"Swallow your ego" made me literally lol 😂
Need a similar version with Chin ups!
Hello, what software do you guys use to edit your videos? Love the quality!
Pls do a video on lat development with bodyweight exercises 😭🙏
Bodyweight rows (also known as australian pull ups) are also pretty good to work on your back thickness, coz they mainly target your upper back

Hi Calimovement, can you make a video fixing on uneven lats by using our mobility. Tq cali
Nu docter did not know what was going on with my neck, but now i know 💪
Iav been working on chest to bar pull ups for a month now, I can cleanly do it about 8 in a row 🌛💪👍

Es una de los mejores canales con diferencia pero para cuándo subtítulos en español
yessirrr
Funnily enough, this video comes just at the right time when I'm completely irritated on how to do perfect pull ups!
Scapular stability is my biggest issue. Years of bad posture messed me up pretty good.
Reverse shrugs + rows fix that quite quickly.
Rows are the answer
I found it easier to imagine I am pulling the BAR DOWN instead of trying to pull myself up.
I never clicked so fast on a video
algorithm + fate = perfect workout
