Sledgehammer has removed a field upgrade from MWIII and the Ranked Playlist was updated to remove ALL the snipers due to them being GA'd by pro players in the league.

I used to use the loadout drop specifically for shipment 24/7, it was a great tool for cover and it sometimes confused the enemies into thinking it was a care package.

If they were worried about exploitable locations, why not just make the loadout drop "smaller"...?
The problem with the Loadout Drop was the fact you had to call it in. If it was like OMA where you just pull out a duffel bag and swap immediately, it'd have been a lot more useful. I'd like to see it reworked into that if the care package caused so many issues.
They need to fix the camo invalid glitch.

I used to Loadout drop as a distraction sometimes people think it's a care package
The only actual thing I've ever seen anybody use the loadout drop for is cluttering up Shipment. The other team one time had everybody running loadout drops and they were spamming them all over Shipment. Made the map borderline unplayable with boxes clogging up the lanes.
I used the Loadout Drop for cover and to trick people on Shipment. It was just an easy way to get kills from those who like stealing someone else care package. 😂
Making a box fort in shipment was the funniest thing me and my friends ever did
I commonly used the loadout drop to create cover/lines of sight :( It was perfect for countering dorks who camped on the smaller maps

Not surprised the loadout drop would be removed... I don't think I've ever seen someone use it. The removal of snipers from Ranked gave me a chuckle, though. Never liked snipers and I wouldn't miss them at all in Ranked, or even regular pubs. lol

@@LU6TIE The thing is, snipers are the most frustrating weapon type in the game. Especially since the last like 5 CoDs made them super easy again, with auto aim (which was removed in the past for a reason, but CoD loves to take steps backwards for whatever reason). Shotguns more often than not are hitmarker machines anyway and you have to be really close. Snipers are super effective at range and super effective in close range. I mean there's a reason more people play snipers on the small maps playlist than shotguns
@@LU6TIE I personally dislike snipers for the same reason I dislike shotguns; they can both instantly kill very easily. I don't like an instant TTK _outside_ of getting a headshot with a marksman rifle. You're free to disagree, but lobbies without snipers/shotguns present are far more enjoyable for me to play in.

Don't know if this is a bug or not but I unlocked Interstellar few days before S2 came out and for some reason I can't save it on any custom class it just resets and says camouflage has been reset whenever I try and save it so I hope that's something they fix even though its not that big of an issue

I personally loved loadout drop to get stupid angles on people to make them rage or block off entraces. Really sad that it's gone now. It was my second most used field upgrade.

On god, i only used it to get free kills on players on the small map playlist.

I hate the fact now days devs just remove or change stats of items in games, continuous balance changes and all these non sense just for casual plays. I loved the golden days of COD like you said og MW2 where they never touched the noob tubes and one man army or danger close perk, even for cod4 the juggernaut perk. Those are some identities of those games and they should never be touched with.
Snipers being disabled is stupid asf. Completely understand why marksman rifles are but not snipers rifles.
Pause feature doesn't even work properly. When ope8ny the guide menu or pausing it con0letely freezes the game and crashes. Considering its a live match it should be running in the background not frozen

The only way I used it is when my husband and I played together. When we played split screen we can’t get a new loadout. So we used the loadout drop so we can get a different loadout.

You cant steal a loadout drop. Everyone on the team can use it and I dont think it can be used by enemies.
If it can, my enemies are really fucking dumb cause it was always blocking them on shipment.
I used it... Not for exploits, but as additional cover that enemies couldn't shoot through!

Ranked Play is so messed up. The Matchmaking is so unbalanced. Plus we have Ranked Play in Pubs. And on top of that we have an algorithm that will force a loss on us after a while.

Teams arent going to pick up players from ranked joedeceives was an exception but he had challnegers exp teams are barely picking up challengers players unless your on a top team but even then most of those players only get picked up at the start of a new game during the actual season its mostly recycled pros that went to challengers that gets picked up.. cod will never be like csgo or apex where ranked players are scouted most pros think top ranked players are cheating anyway

In ranked you get punished for being good with something and are forced to play how people who aren’t good at using that thing play it’s so stupid
It's so irresponsible for someone in your position to talk about someone's potential in ranked without bringing up how much cheating happens in that playlist on a regular basis . There is no point to work your way up cuz as soon as you hit a certain tier the cheating shoots ups tremendously
