Sledgehammer released a brand new Limited Time Mode that was unfortunately only available for 4 Hours and 20 Minutes. I'm almost positive this will go live again (maybe even everyday at 4:20PM PST) but we've not had any official word on it.

FOMO only works when the thing is still available and you know that thing will be unavailable soon, but this is too much, like, it lasted so little that by the time most people got to know this was a thing, it already ended, which kinda breaks the whole point of FOMO
The worst part is that this is hardly a case of FOMO. It's a case of learning something you barely knew existed came and went.

I really think they should just make this gamemode a permanent one because this could be very good for someone if they’re bored and don’t have any friends to play with or just wanna have fun solo. I don’t know if it’s just me thinking that way but this should stick around for sure

I still enjoy COD and other multiplayer shooters, but all of these live service/battlepass games are annoying. I find myself playing Soulslike, Far Cry, Assassin’s Creed, etc. I can’t miss anything if it’s single player with scheduled DLC drops that are there forever 🤷🏻♂️

I get it that people like this mode, but why are we suggesting the game be like other games? The whole menu when you start the game has a significantly different tone, than that of the store. The aesthetics are largely different, and that’s changing the DNA of what made this game successful in the first place. The innovation elements of the game weren’t received well, and it forced them to revert back. It boggles the crap out of me how games are cow towing to communities rather than the community embracing the creative vision of said game. I for one enjoyed TIER1, and people had a hissy fit about how hardcore it really was.
