Actress Cameron Diaz is interviewed by David Lynch Foundation Executive Director Bob Roth on her personal practice of the Transcendental Meditation technique.
Bob Roth: "Why did you decide to learn Transcendental Meditation? What was it in your life at that time that you thought 'this would be something good for me'?"
Cameron Diaz: "I would try meditation because I knew there was something there for me, but every time I would try to do it, I was incapable. One day, my girlfriend Jessica Seinfeld said to me "You are going to learn to meditate. You better be ready!"
Cameron Diaz: "So I learned and it was exactly what I needed. The thing that blew me away the most about it was that it was the easiest thing I've ever done - not the easiest meditation, but the easiest thing I have ever learned. I learn a lot of things; that's my job! I'll spend months learning something. And this took me an hour the first time; it's also what you get out of it."
Cameron Diaz: "The fact that it's so simple to learn. It's so simple to practice. And, yet the amount of restoration that comes to you - the benefit across your life - it has changed everything."
Great video! Love bobby!
It should be made available for all who can not afford it. And these celebrities that are rich and powerful should spread the love by helping / giving scholarships or something to people that want to learn TM but simply are not in a position to spend almost 1,000. Btw: this technique is free in India .
You do not need to be rich to meditate. Find a place you like and simply allow yourself to meditate.

It’s cheaper for people who make less
I did it for $150 but that’s still a lot of money for meditation
