- In a week where the latest cohort of Makerere University graduates are reflecting the events at the Freedom Square, and where they start from here, it is relevant to share with them the story of an alumni, who has decided to do something about his circumstances. He is riding a boda-boda to ferry passengers, job some see as beneath the rank of a university graduate. PATRICK SENYONDO found this graduate right outside the main gate of the institution that gave him a bachelors degree in Environmental Science in 2016.

He is an indicator of many university graduates who have completely failed to get formal employment. Mujuni's mindset is what graduates need in today's Uganda.
