- If sharing the picture on social media was intended to ridicule him, it has instead brought him a lot of fame.
Just days after he reported to Makerere University, Suubi Henry Kiyimba has met the Vice Chancellor Prof. Barnabas Nawangwe, and will soon be the beneficiary of a campaign that will provide him study materials.
The picture, posted by a fellow student, showed Suubi carrying a metallic case as he made his way to the University Hall.

I like the boy. In our days at University (1987-90) what a student had was not so much of interest. We valued more the the character and academic achievements. I shared a hall with a student son of the richest man in Kabale but could not tell because he was humble and ate all meals from the mess. So humility was a virtue. Suubi take heart, you have the virtues most students lack, keep the course, sharpen your vision;'seek God, wisdom, knowledge and understanding; do all you can to live a long life and you will achieve all your goals and be happy for the rest of your life.
