There's only one rule at gambling houses. "The house always wins" they have all sorts of technical rules that they can use to fraudulently make big winning bets null and void. It has happened in the UK and US. They make sure that you are the loser.
They must change the rules. Like in Kenya. You receive a message from the betting company as soon u place ur bet hence there is no way a company can deny u ur pay in such eventuality

Well, how would a cancelled bet end up crediting your account? He may have already taken a celebratory soda hoping to pick cash from mobile money. Whatever error is not his problem.

If he thinks that he has a case then he should go to court. However, he will lose. Betting houses allover the world have Terms and Conditions which makes gives them advantage. They chose whether to pay or not. They can refuse to pay any winnings and instead reimburse the bet and they are in the clear.
Gambling is not a strategy for creating wealth. The sooner people realize this, the better. It should be for fun and with less than 5% of your disposable income. Anyone who thinks they will place a bet, win millions and their life will change is delusional. The betting house can always refuse to pay and there's nothing you can do about it.
I had a similar issue with 1xbet they refused to pay me over 15m

Each betting house has a maximum amount of money that they can pay out. Any winnings beyond that will not be paid. If you're lucky, they will give you betting points (money which you can use to place bets, but not withdraw). In most cases, they simply refund the money you used to bet. This is clearly stated in their Terms and Conditions (which most people don't read), and the licenses cover this.
Think about this rationally: imagine a betting company has operating capital of 50 million. A person places a bet and wins 100 million. What do you think the company will do? Get all their operating capital and then borrow 50 million from the bank to pay this single client? Does that sound realistic to you?
