      @@jeremyjones2485 I think why a lot of people is saying 49ers and other big markets is because Packers are a franchise that just wants to be relevant. They don't really take any risk if they can help from it and have a history of drafting guys and letting them go after their rookie contracts. Big markets that will pay for key components is places like LA, Florida, and New York if the team has a competent QB. Dan is just a passionate back up QB that doesn't understand why someone would leave a starting job for a good team like the Packers.

      Rodgers is a sociopath he doesn't care about winning games and never has, he has no relationships with anyone including his family and is visibly miserable. Him refusing to accept responsibility or be held accountable for ANYTHING remotely negative is indicative of serious alcoholism and those personality defects led to his fall in the draft and people think they just went away for some reason when they're actually worse.....he also just is way to arrogant and not in a good "confident" way it's like he looks down at his own teammates. How anyone can be a fan of his blows my mind but it speaks volumes about their lack of character or intelligence. Sorry for the rant I'm just tired of Rodgers being talked about like he's the most chill cool guy who doesn't care . Like with that cringey "RELAX" (By the way how'd that year go again?) Green bay will be better off when he leaves and I'll go a step further and say they'll win a sb within 5 years of his departure because without his ridiculous lack of patience players and coaches will be given time to develop and learn which is someyhe thinks he doesn't need to do because "he's the most TALENTED"

The luck just hasn't been there. That game yesterday was weird across the board. The horrific 2 minute drill before the half, (which is usually what GB and Rodgers are the best at) the slew of drops, even by arguably the best receiver in the league. Kicking a field goal, to give the ball back to one of the best finishers the NFL has ever seen. Sure, the ref's didn't help, but GB still had every opportunity to win this game. If you told Rodgers on Saturday that Brady was going to throw three picks, he likely would have said GB wins by two touchdowns. Next year is Adams (and likely Rodgers) last year in Green Bay. I think they give it one more roll. Hopefully, they draft some help on defense.

    Dont ya just love how they keep saying Aaron Rodgers could just "automatically" take a team to the Super bowl when that's exactly what he hasn't done for the last 10 years? I'm not saying it's all his fault but what I am saying is just cause you got a super talented qb, that dont mean you're getting to or winning a Super bowl. Ask Dan Marino(who Rodgers is tied with for sb appearances btw) and the dolphins btw. Marino went to the super bowl in 84 and the last 13 seasons of his career without getting back. If he stays in the NFC you gotta go thru Brady. Go to the AFC ya gotta thru Mahomes. Dont matter where ya go super bowl is not automatic.

    • @shchorss
      @shchorss Před 3 lety +7

      Huh, that's funny. If I recall, there was a Patriots quarterback who became an unrestricted free agent and bolted for Tampa, Florida. I forgot his name but I remember him taking the Buccaneers to a Super Bowl in his first year, just one year after that same exact team went 7-9 and missed the playoffs. Funny, isn't it? Oh, and if you recall, there was a small forward that used to play for the San Antonio Spurs that left and played with the Raptors for just ONE season, and in that season, they beat the reigning champion Golden State Warriors 4-2.
      In all seriousness, I have to disagree with you. The argument here is not that he could automatically win a ring with any team in the league, but rather, he could put them in a position to reach the Super Bowl. If, for example, the 49ers were to get Aaron Rodgers, they would EASILY reach the playoffs - and more than likely go to the NFC Championship. The 49ers currently have a great roster, but were a QB away from being relevant this season - just like that Buccaneers last season. Green Bay is a talented team, but there are some eye opening weak spots on that roster. For one, Green Bay's offensive line was patchwork in the back half of the season. There's also not many offensive weapons outside of Davante Adams and Aaron Jones. Contrary to what Dan Orlovsky said, there are multiple teams in the NFL that have more complete rosters than the Packers, and the 49ers are one of them. It is purely fantasy right now, but if Aaron Rodgers were to leave for the 49ers, he would be in a MUCH better situation to win another ring as opposed to the current situation in Green Bay. If ring chasing were at the front of A-Rod's mind, leaving Green Bay is a start. It's not a guarantee that he goes to a team and wins instantly like Brady did, but you have to like his chances if he were to pull such a stunt, and I'm sure he would be the favorite to win the Super Bowl anyways.

      I didn't say he couldn't get a team in position to get to the SB. I just said it isn't automatic that they get there. Carson Wentz put the Eagles to get to the SB 2017. Aaron Rodgers has been in a position to get back there since they got to and won SB 45. They have NFC title games to SEA, ATL, SF and TB. I mean c'mon the Bills were in "position" to get to the SB this season. There have been QBs far less than Rodgers that have gotten their team in position to get to an SB. But Rodgers come thru in NFC title games just once.
