During 1991 Gulf War, some US Army Engineer, Air Force Security Personnel and National Guard units still wore WW2 era M1 Helmets. Even in the late 2000s, M1 Helmets were still issue to the small headed males and females in the US Air Force Security Personnel until they were replaced by the Enhanced Combat Helmet later in the 2010s. Currently, M1 Helmet were still worn for recruit training purpose in some countries such as Republic of China and Malaysia.

the reason why US Marines stamp their Branch insignia is that they love to let people know that they're the Marines.
They even put their Branch insignia on their current patterns, gear, and their combat boots

kinda lol, but they also just don’t add anything signifying they’re marines or apart of the us while wearing their gear, unlike the army with their division and flag. only under all the gear do you see that they’re marines.

Excellent video ! …I’ve been a WW2 German reenactor for over 25 years and I’ve never had a huge interest in any Militaria beyond that time, but you make every “modern” load out from every country you showcase, extremely interesting.

M 56 yokes were H style. Better weight distribution. And canvas breaks in over time and nylon does not. The difference may be suggestive, but that's up to the user to determine. Also, the Ranger mod was in use but as usual, not official or officially approved.

Hello, I managed to purchase a PASGT helmet with contract February 1983 specifying for the Op. Urgent Fury.. it wasn't easy at all.. I’ll like have some information on helmet camo. I saw in the photos that some soldiers use on the PASGT helmet only the woodland camo cover + cat eyes and that's it while others was putting nets on the top of there helmets taken from cover material such as jeeps or pieces of attigleria. in addition they used to weave pieces of cloth. Can you tell me what material they used? so for example in Panama they used pieces of old woodland uniforms. while for Urgent Fury it seems that they used pieces of sandbags or those ribbons that paratroopers used during D-Day woven into the nets on the M1C.
    Thanks

The ragheads, forget their actual division or whatever. They used pieces of torn up M81 BDUs but it wasn't common enough for most people to concern themselves with unless you're going for it specifically
