When first starting L Glutamine should you add slowly so your body can adjust ? Are there any foods to take with it to curb nausea ?
Yes, you can always start at a lower dose if needed. Typical dosage recommendations would be 1-3 capsules before each meal but individual needs may vary. This supplement shouldn't cause nausea so hopefully that wouldn't be an issue for you if/when you take it. We do actually typically recommend taking this supplement on an empty stomach 10-20 min. before a meal.
