Crispy Duck with Thai Red Curry

Its my wife's birthday, so I made her favourite, some crispy skinned duck breasts with a veg red curry and jasmine rice

I thought I'd give this recipe a try and followed every step of this video - it is such a masterpiece and now a favorite in our home - something we treat ourselves to ever so often! Thank you for all the tips, alternatives and guidance. This is a delicious dish!! I once used duck legs as I could not find breasts anywhere, it was still such a hit :)

I use shrimp paste to make the red curry paste, hope that helps
