Kyonki humare hair ka pH balance 5.5 hota h aur humare hair ka pH balance 7 se upar nhi Jana chahiye . Noyada k water ka pH level jo h vo near about 13, 14 hota h jo ki humare balo k pH balance ko unbalance kr deta h jiski vjh se balo ka moisture bilkul nikal jata h aur baalo ka bura haal ho jata h . Mineral water ka pH balance 6-7 k bich hota h jo pine k liye v achha hota h aur hair k liye v jo balo ko dry damage hone se rokta h. Trust me guys oiling really works if you don't have any nutritional deficiency. Our Dadi ,Nanis are really knowledgeable. I don't know why nowadays doctors are against hair oiling. Only you need to put the mixture of methi seeds and curry leaves in your hair oil and you can tackle your hair loss problem. Add dry fruits especially almonds in your diet .
But fyi , it's just that have patience it won't do magic overnight but definitely will give you healthier hair in the long run.
Doctors dont suggest oiling coz if they do then their shop will close.
