Today I’m going to share my 5-step process to treat anemia naturally including the best diet, supplements, and triggers.
    5-Step Process:
    1. Nourishing your spleen - 1-2 servings of squash in your diet.
    2. Heal your gut with probiotics.
    3. Get processed sugar and grains out of your diet and replace with healthy fats.
    4. Consume iron-rich foods like beef liver and chicken liver.
    5. Reduce stress and improve lifestyle.
Following this 5-step process will help naturally heal anemia. Additionally adding Ginseng into your diet will help support your circulatory system.

I recently was diagnosed severely anemic due to menstruation problems and my hemoglobin levels dropped to 5.5. I ended getting a blood transfusion and levels rose to 8. I was given iron supplements but I feel like they weren’t working and visited my obgyn and my hemoglobin levels dropped again. So I see you mentioned the probiotics And will mention to my dr when I visit this week again. Thanks for the info! Btw being anemic sucks! I feel for everyone commenting on the exhaustion, nausea and dizziness. I couldn’t even walk outside without feeling like crap. I hope everyone gets the help they need. Much love ❤️

Hi, I am currently in the hospital for the same conditions. My hemoglobin was a 7 my blood platelets are a 4 I've had blood transition and also blood platelets transfusion. It's fluctuating up and down. It's really frustrating. I wanted to know how it's going with you and do you have any advice for me. And I also deal with the dizziness and weakness, my bleeding also came during my menstrual this is the first time this has happened to me. So I'm doing research on a more healthier way to build my blood and platelets.

The breathing problems also seemed to be to do with anxiety (I am very afraid of death) and sitting in the same posture constantly, I think. Today some months later I am much better. I eat more meat and drink vitamin C, I also had my microimplants removed (that were often infected and bled), I used a heating pad which seemed to cut the first heaviest day of my period into 2 seperate days permamently, and I use a stool to change my sitting posture. There’s a lot of talk about anemia not being low iron but saying that the iron is stuck in the cells and once you start taking copper and retinol it helps move the iron from the cells. Vit a has been key to resolving anemia. I know this video is a few years old but thought I’d comment about it. Our bodies are actually overwhelmed with iron which ages us quicker. I’m sure I’m not wording this the way the other doctors did but thought I’d throw this out there so others could research.

I can agree with almost everything in your vids, but there is a problem: expense! The grass fed beef costs roughly double what the ordinary beef does! There are a couple of places I can buy it locally, or there are farms in the midwest which ship it, but either way, it is about double. Probiotics are one of the most expensive supplements! In particular if they are the highly active ones: comparison: a B-Complex capsule, even pretty potent, is less than $5. per month, but probiotics can often get up into the $50. per month range, if you are taking enough to be effective! The things you are against generally, although I agree with you about them nutritionally, budget foods. I do what I can with what I have to spend, but you might try a video on how to eat right on a budget. I do save a little money by not buying sodas any longer, and by buying MUCH fewer sweets, but that stuff did not cost very much to begin with. Seems nearly everything you recommend is expensive!

    • @lestersmith9481
      @lestersmith9481 Před 8 lety +2

The reason its so expensive is because cheap food is unhealthy, if you went to the store like frys and took all of the unhealthy crap off the shelves there would be one quarter of an isle. Our food is designed gmo and is terrible for you the reality is real food costs more because its harder to get AND food corporations make it extremely hard for people to eat naturally. This guy could get arrested for suggesting he has a cure for anything naturally. They keep you sick so they can collect you$

Depends on what’s causing your anemia. Ginseng can act as estrogen. So if you’re iron-deficient due to fibroids, the last thing you want to do is take ginseng. Ginseng acts as estrogen. Fibroids are fed by estrogen.

I'm very anaemic due to heavy periods associated with fibroids. I have all the symptoms like pale skin, short of breath, heart murmur, hair loss, fatigue... I can't take iron pills, because they make sick. Currently I'm taking "blood builder" which is pretty mild for my stomach and not causing constipation. I also try to eat more red meat and leafy vegetables.

After my terrible road accident in 2020 that causes me to loss a lot of blood due to my open book pelvic fracture, my haematocrit levels always always below 38%. I'm a big obese guy. Anemia makes me fatigue all day long. My skin color gets fairer after the accident maybe because of low red blood cells. My ESR skyrocket to 53! White blood cell count always way above the normal range.
Am I anemic or have leukemia?
Currently I'm in a rigorous treatment for my complex partial seizure. Neurologist prescribed me epilim and Keppra.
I got tachycardia and palpitations. At rest my heart rate always around 100bpm. And while in sleep my HR can shoots up to 150bpm in a sudden!
Just recently I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes.
My body went haywire after that accident. Before that I was a very healthy person! I did complete medical check up every 6 months.
Now I have to live in stress and depression knowing my body deteriorated faster than it should 😢
