@@kordapyo612 nope this is about the shoulder movement, normally boxers use shoulder to throwing a powerful punch but the 3rd one he use only forearm but how is it gonna powerful? The answer is 1inch punch training
for anybody wondering, the whole exercise is to show that if you can learn to punch by firing the shot straight forward, and not back at all, you can still hit your opponent even when you use considerably less speed. he exaggerates the pull back on the first two, but for the last drives it straight forward . old school boxing coaches will tell you all day that to generate real power, accuracy and snap you need to fire shots straight forward (shots powered by the legs and back) without pulling back your hands.
He knows where the hand will go if it dodges left or right...thats what the first two attempts are...now he knows where the dodged hand will be ... one or two...first or second attempt...
I’m pretty sure he’s showing that it’s not about speed, it’s about not letting your opponent read you. The first 2 jabs, he flexed his body and kind of leaned in showing in the split second he’s throwing the punch, but on the 3rd he didn’t flex a muscle. He stayed still but eased his arm forward.

Kimbo what a legend
"How the hell? Come on man 😩"lmao you hear the frustration in his voice
Hm I don’t think so. Moment was verry wholesome
Looks like he was cheated. 🤣😄😂😂😉😅
@@kordapyo612 nope this is about the shoulder movement, normally boxers use shoulder to throwing a powerful punch but the 3rd one he use only forearm but how is it gonna powerful? The answer is 1inch punch training
@@pandorakplays5782 A moment can still be wholesome even though someone was humiliated
@@dabbopabblo LOL okay you got a point
for anybody wondering, the whole exercise is to show that if you can learn to punch by firing the shot straight forward, and not back at all, you can still hit your opponent even when you use considerably less speed. he exaggerates the pull back on the first two, but for the last drives it straight forward . old school boxing coaches will tell you all day that to generate real power, accuracy and snap you need to fire shots straight forward (shots powered by the legs and back) without pulling back your hands.
Thanks for the explanation, I was so confused for a moment
That’s a great top I will keep it in mind
He knows where the hand will go if it dodges left or right...thats what the first two attempts are...now he knows where the dodged hand will be ... one or two...first or second attempt...
@@NaNabushInTheMatrix it’s got nothing to do with where his hand will go bro trust me
I’m pretty sure he’s showing that it’s not about speed, it’s about not letting your opponent read you. The first 2 jabs, he flexed his body and kind of leaned in showing in the split second he’s throwing the punch, but on the 3rd he didn’t flex a muscle. He stayed still but eased his arm forward.
Kimbo was the man of backyard fighting
The very 1st tap was the setup for this 👊🏿
"Ok now here's the third one" **Squeezes balls**

Michael: put your left hand up
Kimbo: raises both fists
He was a fighter, that was an impromptu training moment...only right he puts both hands up.
