For example, how do they pay for and register their vehicles using cash and no fixed abode? If i tried paying cash i'd be charged with money laundering. How do they deal with postal communications? It's possible they have special status as a 'vulnerable' ethnic group (there's an irony in the application of 'vulnerable' here given the realities of their dealings with mainstream society).
