My thyroid level when I was pregnant was 5.9 and I stick to what my gynac told me that to follow the medicine, I used to consume it daily without single miss at morning time on empty stomach and I delivered the healthy baby girl, she is 6 month old now.
So don't take stress and take madicine properly thats it.
