I had a RS468 cam-hpi 2-1 with sns ported manifold installed n a 2023 117ci . 117hp-136.6tq. Stock 94hp-116tq. Hang the hell on type of change n power 😃

Only difference is I’m using V&H monster rounds slip ons. Very happy with the result, love the role on power when I need it. Came from a 2016 Glide with a 103 Stage IV with the race tuner. This definitely an improvement

i did this exact setup including the heavy breather intake , waiting on my cam kit ... the bike arrived friday, i didn't even ride it stock
Do you not remove the oil pump on your cam install?
Have tested the extreme wedge air cleaner compared to this one on dyno
Now I need is Harley to put this 117 setup in a Road King!!

I called around dealers in Texas and they all don’t know about the 511 cam fitting in the 2024 117 motors. I told them to watch this video 😂
What gear was the bike in for those Dyno numbers?

intake is 600 ish same with cam kit , slip ons are like 700 i think, tuner is about 400

My question is what about the stock valve springs undergoing extra lift? How do you not have to upgrade the stock springs?
Because the new 2024 heads have better valve springs my guy for bigger bolt in cams .

Anyone know the orientation of the rotor cup they added on these new non VVT cam chest? It’d be nice if it had the stamped notch like the older bikes.
Don’t need to be notched or keyed the ecm and sensor does all the math to figure out the stroke and cam phase
If I interpreted that right, those power numbers were with the Smart Tune. Can't wait to see what you guys can do when you're not limited by those parameters...

Does anyone know if you install this set up, does it still have the speed limiter ? Also is the rev limiter set the same as stock or is it higher?

Well that’s what he said if you paid attention during class. Lol new 2024 heads don’t need valve springs and the 511 is a now bolt in cam.
not bad for just a crappy slip ons ,and restrictive intake , full exhaust and better intake custom dyne tune you will see 135 at the wheel.
Videos like this assure me to keep my decked out 2021 with aftermarket cam and exhaust pulling 121/133 and sounding like a Harley not like a sewing machine 🙄🤣

@@brandonsmith4812 That is not a stage two kit. HD SE Stage II kit is a cam and lifters. Thats it. The guy got 100% ripped off. My dealership will do a full stage IV kit for $4000 out the door, everything included.

Too bad California residents: These performance parts are 49-state U.S. EPA compliant but are NOT compliant for sale or use in California on pollution-controlled motor vehicles. California guidelines on tampering can also lead to substantial fines and penalties. Some of the coolest hot rodding came from California. So sad.

That's what I said. My dealership quoted me $4100 for a SE 131 Stage 4 kit on my 2023 SG SP. These guys are saying $4000 for a stage 2. Holy shit.

cam and the kit. pipes, tuner, air cleaner etc under 4k keep warranty, sounds like a thumbs up
