Detroit business owner who located Oxford shooter's parents testifies at father's trial

- Luke Kirtley was called to the stand at James Crumbley's involuntary manslaughter trial on Tuesday. Kirtley is the owner of a Detroit coffee company who has space in a building where the Oxford shooter's parents were apprehended in December 2021. Kirtley was the person who located the parents, who were believed to be on the run, and called 911 to report them.
If Crumbley was calling people (for example, witnesses) and threatening them, isn't that ANOTHER crime he should be charged with??

Oh my...the things people deduct about orhers! My grandson has a beauriful thick head of hair styled a lot like Luke-he might be bald one say sunce my dad and my son(father of my grandson ) were / are bald..😅
He appears nervous, to me. Self soothing. I've never had to testify, but I can imagine it's very stressful! Especially for a case like this. Luke seems like a sweet soul.

James Crumbley's lawyer is as annoying as his wife's lawyer. This one talks too fast and shrill.
You would think after the wife's disastrous attorney he would have gone for someone totally different and he finds another annoying attorney.

The defence lawyer can try to twist the witness's words around in any aggressive tone, but that still doesn't change the facts !!!! She makes herself more ridiculous with her behaviour than anything else !!! But we've already seen that with the defence lawyer's from his wife !!!!

She is NOT good at questioning at ALL!! But that is most likely because she is desperately grasping at straws & trying to create scenarios from the evidence & testimony but failing miserably because the parents play a huge role in why this happened to begin with!!

@@daisie2458 it’s not court etiquette to wear a hat while on the stand. The prosecutor made a point to point out, he had permission to wear the hat. I was just trying to figure out why he HAD to wear it the first time. And NOW isn’t. 🙄🙄🙄

Why don't they hold all parents accountable for their children killing people people with guns. I'm sure they're plenty in urban city's all over the country.
The reason why they went this far, is they were neglecting the child. There was testimony that the young man had been suffering for months. Despite the fact that he was seeing demons they decided to buy him a gun. The jury convicted her on the fact the gun wasn't secured it was left in a gun case without a proper lock on it.
Rural America is not immune but I otherwise agree.
