Melt those bingo wings away and sculpt your arms with this workout. This arm workout will help you get toned feminine arms and go sleeveless with confidence. You’ll need a pair of light-weight dumbbells, between 2 - 4kgs each. If you do not have one, be creative, make your own weight by filling up bottles with stones or water!

It's a really nice dumbbell set, but it cost way to much. czcams.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 I guess that's just how things are now days. 😕 other than being way over priced they are a wonderful weight set. My only one complaint is they are kinda bulky although at just over 55 lbs I can see why. Very user friendly and I've had no real issues. After one year if anything happens I will re-review.
I have been doing this workout consistently for over three weeks on Mon,Wed, and fri. In addition to this, I get on the treadmill for at least 25 mins as well as eating a calorie deficit, most days. :) I've heard that you don't know if the workout is working unless you stick with the same workout for at least 4-6weeks so you can do progressive overload ( going up in the weights) All that being said I've always carried weight on my arms (some mean curse lol) I"ve NEVER seen results like these. I actually see my arms have lost inches all around plus when I flex for the first time in my life I can see muscle moving and this is SUCH great motivation to keep going. I plan to switch up to a new routine that focuses more on triceps now!

With a detailed review like yours it becomes easier to select one. And also thank you for sharing tha fact that to see wait for 4-6 weeks to see if that workout is effective or not. As earlier I used to and wished to see result in one week only😅. But this time keeping your words in mind I won't give up in a week. I’m definitely trying this workout! I swear you have some of the most effective workouts I’ve done on CZcams. I was looking for an upper body workout and this cane right on time.
I always enjoy this work out.
I always go to the gym and never have any idea of what to do or where to start.
So I tried a new routine today.
Treadmill using an app from the gym I go to (15 min + cool down)
Abs with only body weight (used a CZcams video)
Stationary Bike (15 min)
Arms with weights (THIS CZcams Video - and exactly what I needed
Row Machine - 1000 Meters
Legs - Machines
I feel a bit sore but mostly in my arms.
I'm looking to stick to this routine for a month but rotating with what part I work on with body weight, weights, and machines.
Not sure if you have any ab videos or leg videos that incorporate weights, but I'm definitely going to be searching.
I'm feeling really good.

How many times to take loss weight 15kg
see there is no secret diet, all u have to do is to avoid junk foods like sweets, surgery drinks, oily foods, fried foods, rice and etc. And walking for atleast 30 -45 mins at morning on an empty stomach. and take for every meal 50 grams[carbohydrates} of brown wheat bread or chapati. also between every meal eat any fruit that is less in sugar or healthy juices .compulsory in lunch and dinner u must take a full bowl of green salad..
And thats it.. Patience is the key of SUCCESS...

Hi! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used soup cans (300 gram) as weights but could not last even 1 set (the round the world killed me) when my arms completely gave up and I stopped and my MIL told me to go and rest to recover. My MIL did the full 3 sets using 5 kgs dumbbells! Her biceps are thick and powerful! I feel really low and defeated. 😔

HI great workout. i am 73 and have been working out for a long time. Love this arm workout because it is simple and targets all areas.
Just need a modification for the plank one since that is a bit of a stretch for me.
