Low Impact does not have to mean easy. You can still reap the fat-burning, metabolism-boosting benefits of a HIIT workout, but with low impact moves. This workout aims to fire up your legs, butt and thighs from every angle to strengthen and increase endurance in your lower body. No equipment needed, no loud thumping jumps and it’s perfect for a small apartment space.
Interval: 40 secs Workout - 20 secs Rest (2 rounds)
Duration: 30 minutes

The best part about her videos is that she includes warm ups, does the entire workout and not just a sped up version of what to do and also does cooling down stretches. That is what sets her apart.
Totally agree. When you want to work out its all in one no trying to find warm ups and cool downs. Also alot of people don't like talking through workout videos I personally love it. She pushes us through it all and tells us how to do it properly, thats what makes her best.
Yeah agree.. She doesn't pause or edit like certain of people did it. So she knows when the pain come. Haha. And her talking. Love it. How can she talk while doing this. Haa. I can't even breath properly
I totally agree. I found her a few days ago, and that's what I was searching for. I had to find different warmups and cool downs for every workout + most of them don't talk it's just music and countdown, which made instructions of workout kinda difficult you know..
Some trainers also do a 10 minute workout...and tell you to repeat it 3 times. Not good. She does it all.
@@nurainzahiramyusri 😆 You're not kidding! But we will do it every day for atleast the 10 mins, and will fight off getting dementia and alzheimers, awaking the endorphins, saratonin and dopamine in our brain... woo hoo! Not to mention the flexibility returning... yes!!! 😁

I did this workout just yesterday and I can feel the burn in my butt, legs, hips, and thighs. I think that her workout sessions are for my body.

I am doing her work out for 3 weeks (follow the 8 weeks workout plan) now and gaining muscle mass. I lose about 2 percent of fat. My weight doesn't change a lot, but my body has become leaner. It's really great, keep me motivated! also this is my first experience for weight loss journey.

This is one of my FAVOURITE workouts of Jo's! Even though the focus is on lower body, I still feel like my full body is being worked. After doing it, I am always sweating loads and feel very energised!

Thanks a lot for this workout. I’m sweating 😅 I’m a beginner so it’s difficult and I can’t do everything like you do. But I try to do as much as I can (because it’s always better than to sit on the couch and do nothing).
I like the fact that you explain the movements and also that you explain/ show how not to do it because that’s equally important.
A little suggestion: I don’t know exactly when to breathe in and out. So if you could explain it for the next videos it would be nice 👍 (or maybe it doesn’t matter as long as you breathe ? I don’t know in fact).

I was doing indoor step and standing abs workout. I will shift to this routine as is more intense and focused on lower body. I hope it will help me reduce done inches of my thighs and butts🤪 thanks JSoh!

So after one week I can say I cannot do the exercices in this program adily but I try to do em at least 2-3 times a week with other, easier routines in between and one day break. I feel better and I love how you do not just scream you can do it without breaking a sweat but instead sweat and put on effort. My balance is a disaster because of my weight center being shifted(all the annoying fat is on the butt tighs and belly) but I tried to keep up with the routine. You make me start loving exercising :)
I started watching your videos from last few days. There is so much variety that you will not get bored. I am doing only low impact workouts because I had a slip disc in my back some time back. I wanted to ask if these would be safe for me?

This workout is a killer. I could not finish round 2 in the first time, but after more practice I will. The burn that I felt in 15 mins was more than 45 mins of my gym workout. Thank you for this amazing video.
