Depends on the drone, if you have a DJI Mini or Mini 2 these are exempt from the 150m rule due to only weighing 249g anything above that weight the yes you need to stick to 150 unless you have an A2CofC certificate which allows you to goto 50m. @@jimph1 mine falls in the above it weighs 600 grams so it's 150 not done the a2cofc I done the flyer I'd and operators I'd I never researched before I ordered one it's just a cheap one holy stone
