Both parties agreed to no wrongdoing. 9) According to the writer, there are messages but not of "sexting" nature. 10) DOC told MS there are messages but he couldn't share them due to his settlement agreements. 7) The writer speculates that the argument made by DOC's haters was along the lines of "why else would he be messaging someone of that age" implying bad intentions.
8) DOC initiated the legal proceedings, won the case and got paid. Both parties agreed to no wrongdoing.
9) According to the writer, there are messages but not of "sexting" nature.
10) DOC told MS there are messages but he couldn't share them due to his settlement agreements. MS made their decision anyway, possibly digging their own grave.
