Toyota Prius EASY Oil Change 2010-2015

Easy DIY on how to change the oil on a 2013 Toyota Prius with the 1.8L engine. This video applies to the generation 3 2010-2015 Prius models. We use OEM Toyota 0w-20 oil and OEM Toyota filter 04152-YZZA6.

i use 4 quarts and its perfect in middle of dipstick cross marks, just FYI-save you buying a 5th quart

The dip stick cross marks represents 1 quart, engine specs have it at the top of the cross marks, at half way you are about 1/2 quart low. I personally wouldn't recommend running low oil on purpose. Plus you can save the half quart left over for your next oil change! Thanks for commenting
