Knol Khol Sabzi | Kohlrabi Sabzi
Knol Khol or Kohlrabi belonging to the cabbage family is known for its round stem and nutritious leaves.
Knol Khol Sabzi is a simple everyday dish made by adding Knol Khol cubes and its greens to a tempering of mustard seeds, asafoetida, onion and garlic. Spices like green chillies, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin coriander powder and garam masala are added to enhance the taste of Knol Khol.
