Dear Abigail, you are the coolest nerd I have ever known. I enjoy watching all of your videos and don’t want to miss any. There are over 150 of your videos are stored in my IPad, that proves I am your big fan! Thank you! : )

I’m listening to this video 8 years after it was first filmed- just wanted to share that I don’t come from an affluent family- and CZcams and amazing cellist like you have been my go to resource to support my 5 year old’s music journey. Thank you thank you thank you!

Have you considered that your encouragement of music very directly encourages people to pursue music and this music based life style is a environmentally conserving pursuit. You may very well help your world better through music. I have lived through several threats to life and they are not as dire as they were predicted. I too find your videos encouraging.

Dr. Abby, from the other side of world what I can is that I agree with the idea you may address the climate cause with the music! Thats your gift! For example, you teach cello technique while show us how to be best as musician and as people! So just play your music and touch the world with your cause! Any child would be proud of this!

Why not use your music skills and students to put on concerts for climate change awareness.
you alone may not make a lot of difference in our climate, but the more people that you influence to this issue becomes a greater voice through you.

That's a pretty good idea, and one I hadn't thought of at all! I'll consider that.

Well, I have a project for you, how about showing how you would play Boismortier sonata in g minor.
You might want to create and sell these videos to a wider student audience. Or at least put advertisement on these posts. Get sponsors.
As someone who did put his music on hold, I do not recommend this avenue. Remember to play for fun sometimes. :-) Good luck.
