Well there is one replacement now. Their called EV's .
I learned this 20 years ago when I had some RC cars I figured the gas ones were better just cause they were gas. Then I got my first real electric RC car and I was shocked . The gas didn't even compare to it. I have been waiting since then for EV's and Tesla has not disappointed making the fastest production car for over a decade now. For practically nothing ($90k )compared to anything that comes close to it's ability .
@@derekgrey3927”tesla has not disappointed” 😂😂😂 have u asked the car enthusiast community LOL
@@derekgrey3927you really just compared RC cars to EVs and then called $90k practically nothing, this is what we call being out of touch
@@a_zula1 Yeah when talking about the fastest car in the world all the other top 5 are at least 1 mil. So considering you could buy 11 teslas for the price of a Ferrari. Yeah thats nothing. Your one of those people that are against EV's for no other reason than the government saying to buy one. EV's are better in every aspect I would explain but I don't wanna wake up my kid trying to find crayons so I could explain it to you.
@@hexhiaa Who makes the fastest production car in the world and has for over a decade?
I'm not narrow minded and go against something just because the gov might mandate them eventually. Even if the government didn't mandate them. Evs will replace gas cars because they are better in every aspect this is coming from a mechanic of 21 years. Maybe you just like paying for gas. I haven't gotten an EV yet but got solar panels a couple years ago so when i do it'll be an investment because I'll get free energy (fuel).
Ford vs. Ferrari is such a good flick.
Highly recommended.
Building magnificent cars to spite Enzo Ferrari is literally a billion dollar industry.
I think it was about spirit - not money. Warm regards from Poland.
Only if there was a movie showing us this!
This guy just came watching the Ford vs Ferrari movie recently added on Netflix. And even made changes to the script. Well done you 🙃
A man from the country that currently makes the least reliable car brands in the world wants to call American cars terrible lmao okay
Are you unfamiliar with jeremy clarkson and top gear?
Once upon a time the British car makers made extraordinary cars unmatched to any other.

The Forza vista with Clarkson talking about the cars was the best shit ever in FM5
Dream car right there. Everything about it is magnificent to me.
It's boring, blank and simple. No joy watching it for me. It looks like a whale trying hard not to crap itself, but it failed and poked two holes in its back

I just watched that movie the other day. Ford vs Ferrari is an amazing movie.
To this day I’ve still never seen a BMW or Volkswagen without a check engine light😂
I used to respect BMW, figuring "German Engineering" was that top tier workmanship, right? My last job some middle manager guy owned a BMW he was very proud of... ALWAYS in the shop, ALWAYS needed a ride to the dealer for x, y, or z repairs... ugh, no thanks. My Mustang gets oil changes and inspections, and it's back on the road. Zero issues.
My sister has been driving a VW polo 1.4 since 2014 and it has only given her problems only twice and she's still driving it today with no problems😊❤
British Chassis, American V8: it's the perfect combination.
That was the Shelby Cobra. The GT40 was designed by Ford, and Abbey Panels of Coventry built it.
@@SuperSilvi1990wrong both the shelby cobra and gt40 were designs from Britain and built with American engines
The Shelby was from AC and the gt40 was from Lola Cars who were a Formula 1 racing team

Man... I'm not much of a car guy but that's a beautiful car right there.
Does anyone know what time it is? I cannot get either my fiat strada, communist lada, renault le car or my Chevrolet chevette to start. a.a.a. cannot be here until later & I need to get to the store before it closes.
I just looked out my window & observed a funnel cloud.
Ford GT is a really beautiful car, I kinda wish they'd take some of the design elements for a more everyday performance car, and hell by that I mean just lengthen it and slap another set of doors and seats in it.
GT 40 is a master piece.
Enzo is literally the godfather of race cars, not only he bring Ferrari to glory, he also influenced Ford and Lamborghini alongside his empire
It was Carroll Shelby and Ken Mile's ford GT40 design that defeated Ferrari never ever forget that.
Still one of my favorite high-performance cars 20 years later. Too bad my head hits the door frame when you close it. You gotta be under 6' tall to comfortably drive it😢
Enzo was a legend

Another cool thing about the ford GT is that unlike a Ferrari, when you buy it, it’s yours and you can do whatever you want with it.
Richard better be laughing in Jezzer face every time he thinks about it lol 😂😂😂
a story magnificently told in the movie Ford vs Ferrari.
Everyone I know who has had a European car has had numerous expensive problems. Daughter has a $145,000 SL550 that literally started to fall apart at 50,000 miles. In the shop numerous times to the tune of $15,000 in repairs. Now sits in the garage while she drives a Corolla which has 85,000 miles with 0 issues.
😂 thats the point you don’t buy an expensive car if you can’t afford it . What people don’t understand the price tag is an initial warning not a full price of the car. Just like when entering mine field. It’s ahead of the area so you don’t get in. 😂
Good...luxury is not for the poor.
@@ideaseeds01 justifying an expensive car breaking down with "what did you expect its expensive" is the most cuckold mentality ive ever seen in the car world. 100% bogus and false. Some people want a $150,000 car that arent millionaires. You are defending the builder which is beyond cucked and stockholm syndrome.
Everyone here seems to think luxury = a car that can't last 50,000 miles. Great mindset
I have a 2002 Alfa Romeo 156 with around 130k miles I basically daily in the summer and take to Italy every year and it never let me down. Regular maintainance and a caring owner is what it takes to peacefully own a euro car.
Let’s be frank here the GT40 was based on the Lola car and a British company and most of the engineers involved with the GT40 were British, notably Ken Miles among others.
My thoughts exactly Miles and Shelby made it better but the car was designed and made in the UK.
don't forget the time it took to build this supercar is just downright insane to rival with the other cars that were present.
Jeremy Clarkson's a Ford guy
Dude was like; if you can’t join em, beat em
