PVC fishing rod holders for boat

All you need is: 1.5" pvc, 2"x1/8" aluminum bar stock, U bolts, ss bolts with nuts, wood to make a jig and a trim router with top mount bearing. Good luck!

I have a table router
Makes the slot process nice but you jig is sweet. How did you bevel the inside of the top? Thanks
