You find mini fridges… can’t take the in game house fridges. Can’t move in game drill presses etc but you can make a work bench.
A helpful tip when building: Walls and roof elements always need a supporting structure underneath them. That's why sometimes you can't place walls or the roof collapses
yeah i understood that, it´s just hard to figure out how to build that and still make it look good!
at 33:48 there was a driveable car that had a driver side door you can take it off and add it to your car it had a hood to
the current one is just temporary until i can get a rager.. so i don´t really care to be honest :p
Few tips,
You probably know this but you can make bolts and nails by crafting them at a improvised workbench, or drillpress with 1 metal scrap, if you need a TON of scrap just go to the big city with an empty backpack and you’ll get a lot of scrap. Also there is a active bunker like 5 minutes walking from your base, and the active ones don’t have razors or anything dangerous besides zombies and mechs, try to go through the hatch to get into the bunker it will be a lot easier, the hatch is a giant metal square outside the bunker, and if you go to the armories rooms in the bunker there will be 4 gun lockers that can sometimes hold guns and stuff. And you don’t need to go at night to open the bunker doors. (It’s a lot easier than the abandoned bunkers). And I know I keep telling you this, but you need to practice your bronze locks with a lockpicking board because I don’t want you to waist all of your screwdrivers trying to open them cause there a lot harder than the rusty ones. Lastly put a suppressor on your guns anywhere there’s a lot of zombies lol.

@@TorakOfficialI think I messed it up, I pretty sure that all of the active bunkers besides that one have a hatch, I think that one has two bunker entrances though, sorry for the mistake. The second closest active bunkers is in D3 in the like top middle of the sector, also if you are gonna go to the C2 bunker, right when you get in go to the very left of the bunker door (left when your facing outside) he shouldn’t have seen you if you do this even if the door is open.

You're nearing one of my favourite base locations in this video. I always liked settling a farm in the small triangle of roads. On the border of B2 and B3, there is a road that runs north/south, and meets up with a major highway going east/west.
I would build walls around the farm area, and have 3 big doors to drive out each of the three roads.
Just east of that along the highway is a monolith

@26:39 - Yes, TopClass is a Content Creator. Any item that has an actual name on it, worths picking up. Repair to 100% and then sell for much more than the regular equivalents.
Also, the big fridges and stoves from the houses are not movable. There are portable fridges as well as electric and gas stoves, which you can carry in your hands.
You might want to watch a video or two before you try doing a KillBox - this is what the green KeyCard is for. It is not for the Bunker itself.

Search all garages - the ones with the sliding double-doors, this is where frigdes and stoves mainly spawn in.
Then you need a couple of generatorsand you are set.
If you find a parachute at an airfield you can use it to jump off the top of the dam…

Hey Torak! If you haven't already, check the airfield- there's huge bunkers that were meant to house fighter jets, and there is tons of very rare equipment and weapons in high quantities, like .50 ammo and other advanced weaponry. Watch out for mechs, because they are also inside the bunker, not just guarding the outside.

Wash eyes with water and you can take painkillers before getting into danger it will help so you don't start limping when getting hit.. Decorations have to been put away in chests or wardrobes.. When you leave then out they will dissapear like your bag packs... You can press on focus mode to see animal clues... Horses you can eat like the chickens, goats. Boars, deer and rabbits.. Repair all the stuff before selling it makes a huge difference

there are a lot of cars at the trader to get scrap from(you will need a lot for making storage). there is a portable fridge you can find in garages or buy from trader.. and dont worry i lost a bunch of bags with stuff first base i made also :P
salt and pepper are 2 of the main cooking ingredients along with vegtable oil
either alt*right click or shift+rightclick to change fire rate the other checks rounds left
I just bought the game because of this series. And I got it for 25 bux on sale. Man, It is tough to learn everything, I think I spent more time looking at how to vids then I did play. I got killed inside an airdrop. I guess time ran out. could not find my body. LOL The game is fun though and I enjoy it. TY.

That happened to me too when I first started. It was beeping faster and faster and I was like hmm that doesn’t sound good, then boom!
When playing on “single player” you can act as your own server admin, you’ve already found ways to change certain settings, there is a way to enable what’s called “god mode”. This can help make the building a little less grindy for you in the future. Raykit actually has several tutorial videos on it. You can also enter what’s call drone mode enabling you to fly around the map and scout things outside of your videos… part of what makes your content so great is watching you fight through the more difficult parts of the game but both can be tools you can use to accomplish certain things without having to waste hours for 3 minutes in a video! Great content keep up the amazing work!!!

PPS - The large refrigerator/drill press etc cannot be picked up or moved. (You can BUY a refrigerator that requires a portable generator for power though.)
PPSS - There are horses. You can't do anything with them (yet) except kill them and harvest the body. (Meat, bones, fat)

Changing your fire selector/ checking your fire mode, use shift + rmb/lmb. Also I think you can use the drum mags for the ak15. You have to put the RIS adapters have onto the ak15/ak47/asval in order to put a scope on it (like the acog)

Nice video as always .You can use the bush to hide from mechs .they can't see you in those bushes but if the bush is in their path they gonna step on you and kill you.and you can click on multiple bandages to apply on one wound at once .

Hi Torak, been binge watching your Scum videos. One note that you may already have figured out, the reason you couldn't place the roof is base elements. Everything you build costs elements and you'd run out. You can adjust the number of elements in Server settings if you want to have more
That might be the case sometimes, but in this case it was just a small bug. I just had to restart the game and then i could place the roof :)
V is probably the fire selector
in bunkers when doing killbox you will need rubber gloves for electric zappers on locks
(and in MP every base that you want raid)
For the thing on the floor, turn off the Distance Field Ambient Occlusion
I just changed it, we´ll see how it looks from now on :)

quick tip regarding mechs: you can hide from bushes. hiding in the bushes hinders them to see you just be careful they might stomp you in the way

greetings, in scum when repairing a car for doors and other things you don't need a jack, you only use it for tires. try it and see, just go to the car and hold the F button and it should say install or remove the door.

there is a semi-hidden switchback trail on the northside of the dam that allows travel from the top of the dam to the bottom or visa-versa

You can put fully loaded backpacks inside of crates you build.
You can take care of puppets with your car.

There’s something about your game settings that is keeping the Ragers on your map from spawning with an engine. I saw another CZcamsr having that problem and when he changed it he started finding trucks with engines. You also need to carry a grinding stone with you when using the Katana because if it goes below a certain percentage you won’t be able to repair it back to 100%…
i thought that was a part of the game so that you have to take it to a trader to repair it...
1:11:43 you can select multiple rags instead of doing it one by one
Dark shader errors: looks like when ray tracking dosnt woork properly or Mesh Distance Fields problem, try to Turn off "DFAO" and see if that fixes your black spots. you will see less ambience and it might look more "flat" but you will get higher fps and no black spots hopefully 😅

@@TorakOfficial He is correct, you simply cant pick up the large ones.
i dont know if you know this but if you got a suppressor equipped to your gun and shot it puppets/mechs wont notice and continue like normal. so if your gonna start carrying a gun instead of a bow id advice running a suppressor (if the gun allows you too)
hard to find them and they are very expensive but yeah, you are right!

You can use a car repair kit to fix your car without using a jack. There are horses, goats, chickens, pigs, bears, and wolves in the game. You can kill them and eat them and use their skins to make stuff. You cannot ride or tame any animals…
