- Join us as we return to Flamingo Land for the first time of the 2018 season. Along with sharing on ride footage from all of the major rides, we check out the many changes across the park for this season. We ride on the new Flamingo F1 attraction and share our full review from the latest addition to the park. We also explore the zoo, share highlights from the pirate show and much more. Flamingo Land is home to a fantastic variety of rides and in this vlog we show everything the park has to offer!

When I watched vlogs of Flamingo Land previously, many vloggers hinted that it needs more upkeep. However, in the US, this would be a pristine, elite park-especially being an independent. Now with all the attention to detail aesthetics resolved, no independent park in the US compares to this beautiful park. Good show mates! Sure it could have better coasters, but the world class Zoo ( was hoping you would show the black rhino) makes the 40 pound admission a bargain.
My first ever ride at flamingo land was the corkscrew back in the day
corkscrew was the shiiiit man! going there at the end of the month with the family, it's been about 10 years!
I don't remember my first ride. Probably the teacups or something as I was around 2 when we first started going there.

3:39 talking about a smooth run, Efteling have made Python way smoother than it was earlier. I didn't go on the new Python yet, but it does look promising!

In the Bronx Zoo we have a very unique cool monorail. You only face 1 way but its super cool its like a people mover but not a people mover. Its like Disney where if you get front you get to talk the guy driving the train and learn extra facts.
To stop birds from flying, like chickens, they clip the wings on one side. I don't know if they did that with the stork, but if you look when it flaps, one wing is shorter than the other. Apparently when my gran first kept chickens she clipped them on both sides and couldn't figure out how they kept flying away.

Kumali is a very high rated SLC compared to the likes of Infusion at BPB and even some of the European ones like El Condor, Blue Tornado and Limit
Yay!! Got excited when i seen this video, flamingo land and light water valley are my local theme parks, although i go to flamingo land the most! 😁 i went on kumali for the first time last year, although i was only brave enough after a few pints 😂 but loved it anyways, love you guys 💖💖

Think kumali is the best Vekoma SLC we have in the uk, the forces are incredible and it’s surprising smooth for a Vekoma SLC.

I was here during this vlog, off camera while i was on the water ride and shawn took a photo with my sister. its fun to see me and my family in little parts of this vlog and it was our first time at flamingo land i was 9 at the time and now im 15. im heading back this later this month and hope to enjoy it for the 3rd time

I went to flamingo land yesterday for my second time it was amazing again my top three favourite rides are Kumali,Mumbo Jumbo and Velocity ❤️

Went to Flamingo Land on a school trip when I was about 15. I was so scared of coasters that basically the only ones I went on was the mine train and Zoom. Eventually some friends made me go on navigator and I loved it. Want to go back some time soon and try Velocity

Great vlog! Was nice to meet you on pterodactyl. The manufacturer decided to take the seats out of flip flop and reduce the cycle due to the incident in Ohio last year, which is a shame, it isn’t the ride it used to be. The floor is getting repainted, they’re just waiting for the weather to look clear for long enough to re do the floor. Kumali had new wheels put on for this season but it got stuck on the cobra roll in testing, so last years were put back on. Glad you had a good day, looking forward to the LWV vlog 😊
Lizzie Hall why would the seats need to be changed. All it means are bigger queues :(
Christian Moss because of the weight - the ride is now 2 tonnes lighter. It’s a shame - we’ll struggle in summer.

Hi Shawn and Charlotte, another enjoyable vlog. 're dogs, well in the 1970s you could take dogs into Blackpool Pleasure Beach, I kid you not. This was long before wristbands came in!! I have photos of our dog by the old Tom Sawyer ride. I expect Amanda will tell you about this. Have a great summer.

I went to Flamingo Land for the first time ever during my holiday in Yorkshire last year, and it was brilliant, but stressful at the same time because of the long queue times as I went in the School Summer Holidays....
I would literally be so scared to hold my phone when on a ride 😂❤️

I think your theory about Hero being rougher when the track is warm is correct! I went in November last year and rode it and it actually wasn't that bad but a few years back I rode it in summer and came off with a pounding headache!
i absolutely love flamingo land! we've came here every year. here is definitely the worst ride here though, the fact that you're not really tightly secure gets me. one time i stood on the wrong level thing so i was on my tiptoes all the way through terrified cos my feet was slipping too!! 😩😩 not the worst ride i've been on in my life but deffo the worst in flamingo land.
Should get to flamingo land season... gonna miss out hero tho. 😁👍
I love flamingo land I went last year with my family and friends and I love it so much but I can only go once every year maybe and I would love to go to such amazing rides and the only ride I don’t really like is hero But apart from that I love all of the rides there and it’s a really nice thing park hope you got on the maze in time there as I saw from the video i love Theme Park Workdwide just amazing CZcams channel ❤️
I went here in May for my birthday, and it was practically empty! Nobody was here and we came at 8:30am and left at 6:00. We stayed an hour after all the rides shut. I went on Kumali about 50 times by myself, and I was on the front seat most of the time and I only had to queue for a minute! We visited the zoo after all the rides shut. We went on almost all of the rides, other than the onles that little children go on
The park might seem expensive but it is sooo worth it!! My grandad used to take me and my sisters here and it was amazing, although I was little and couldn’t go on the big rides I loved it. I’m going again but with my mum on Saturday, and I’m going to go on the big rides.. I have a hippo teddy from where I was 3 from here and I’m going to get another lol😂xx enjoying the video

The water splosh area is being resurfaced thats why it didn’t turn on an look grotty it had rips in it last year that’s why
My mum used to work at flamingo land too also my local theme parks are flamingo land and light water valley mostly flamingo land tho xx love you so much can u please come to York

I had a guide dog which was allowed in Alton towers and the staff gave me so much attention even though he couldn’t go on any rides
Lovely video Sean! I am going on Monday, and I’m bringing a friend who has never been! I’m a bit scared to go on the kumali. What do you normally say to yourself to build confidence to go on? Then again, you look like you are never scared of them as you are literally just going “whey” on the rides 😂

Me and my husband were in the background of your last vlog at thorpe park 😂 we were also at flamingo land on the 6th of April!!! It was quiet then too. Kumali and hero were both closed all day and mumbo jumbo broke down :s Did you notice that they had removed some of the seats on flip flop? I'm pretty sure the seats went all the way around on it last year. Also I went on cliffhanger after about 10 years and does anyone remember when it used to take you to the top and hold you there before dropping you? Or did I just make that up? 🤣

I live close to AT and have a Merlin Premium Pass so this week was my first time there
It's the same distance to get there as TP and CWOA so I would rather go to them since I have a pass and TP have more thrills but then FL have velocity which is my favourite ride and I don't like launch coasters so I personally think I might have to go again
Guessing The Bullet I think it was, is long gone by now, man that ride made a huge noise.
