15:22 is like driving a stick shift and accidently leaving it in neutral when you go to take off. Your body automatically leans forward, waiting for the acceleration. In this case my eyes expect the screen to move forward and keep looking at the wrong spot! 😂

I remember a 11 years old now. 46 olds I played Wich game Geny super thing I spent 4h to play Nintendo Wich my friend so many fun to play.
SLOWMO: Mario or Luigi flashes just like Starman, but the camera will look unmoveable, whenever Mario or Luigi stops at the edge of the screen. The title screen will freeze except Mario still flashes like Starman.
VIOLET - Sends you flying every time you break a brick. Only tested it on the US/Japan version and not the Duck Hunt one.
A channel almost entirely consisting of Super Mario NES videos. I love this.

Heh... all I remember is UGGPOK. It randomized what appeared on the screen, and depending on your input timing and possibly the second player input, different levels would generate.

PIGPOG - It does all kinds of things to Mario 1 and 3. For Mario 1, it also depends on which version of Mario 1 you play on (Mario 1 alone, Mario 1 + Duckhunt, Mario + Duckhunt + Track)
I think he’s covered PIGPOG before, but that’s a pretty neat one

The original Super Mario Bros was so easy to make game genie codes for, back in the late 80s and early 90s my dad and I made so many we actually fried the game 🤣🤣 it just froze up one day and never started again. lol. But we had typed out on a type writer (shows how old I am) over 100 codes before that happened. Lol.
The “Weird Sound” is probably the “grow up” SFX backwards! The SMW version was used as a title card transition sound effect for the animated series

i have a couple of codes:
POOPIE makes all of the textures misaligned.
TEAAAA is YEAAAA style corruption but slightly worse.
SEESEE makes power ups kill you. a very fun challenge code for only experienced players.
also if you use code STAGES on smb3 all shells you kick just... die?

Okay so testing the undescribed mystery codes you didn't do:
VALUAX - Mario cannot grow, but you DO get powerups.
IEGEIE - funnily enough, it's very similar to the next code you do play, the ASDELA one.
KAZYCG - stomping on enemies makes no sound.
NAPIOS - this one's crazy, the game is slowly becoming more corrupted and glitched the more you play.
ZAZULG - same as IEGEIE and ASDELA, but you sometimes get absurd moon jumps with super slow falling.
SXUYPY - same as ZAZULG, but music sounds off-key.
And the trio at the end seems to do the same thing as SXUYPY, but level is corrupted. It also gave me some randomy 1ups out of thin air.

Some of these codes create very funny consequences 🎮😂
I think there’s a lot more YEAAAA style codes like TOEJAM and GUFFAW .
(These codes might not be accepted on FCEUX without changing the letters, I used Nostalgia NES on Android, which doesn’t have the limited letters.)
TOEJAM makes a flashing light bar appear on the top of the screen, while corrupting the game, and I forgot exactly what GUFFAW does, but they basically do the the same things as YEAAAA or IKAAAE.
Super Mario Bros. 3: YELL00 brings you to the Princess upon beating the first (sometimes second) level. Found this when I was a kid 😂

Here's a Game Genie Code! (This would only work on Super Mario Bros./Duck Hunt) the code is "POPEYE" auto switches from mario to duck hunt!
Try EILEEN, it corrupts the game and adds random effects whenever you gain Score. It may crash, especially when picking up mushrooms and flowers. Give it a good few tries, because a lot can happen that you don't expect. I've had goombas throwing hammers.
I created a code for Mario that is actually quite helpful!
Have you considered doing Game Genie, or even custom password content for other games?
Hey Gruz! I found the code PVAKEE. In the original Mario 1 rom, the game breaks more and more the further you progress in the level. If you hit a block with a powerup in it, the game crashes. It also makes it crash if you try and render the flag.
That endless looped pattern can be seen when you jump over the flag and continue running for a long time.
You will see same pattern of these tiles loop forever. I assume its simply garbage data being read ingame form.
Yeaaaaaa+a makes the game trippy

Edit: I got the duck hunt rom, gonna try them out of it.
Tested on the super mario only cartridge
XTTATS - Challenge code! Stomping on enemies or getting a power up soft locks the game and you have to reset
XVIAZV - game looks normal until you press start on the title screen and it takes you to a blank level with game over written in the background
AVZEVA - another challenge code! The level is completely invisible other than enemies
XVPAOV - lots of corrupted graphics and a very slow game
ANZEVT - graphics are corrupted, you can barely see enemies, you can't see any of the level and the lives screen is just a blue screen
AYZAKY - your scores and stuff are written on different parts of the level instead of on the top of the screen
XTPLTX - The game continues like nothing happened after a game over
AYPOAI - If you jump over the flagpole, the level continues
GIIEAA - everything seems normal until suddenly the level begins glitching
AKAAAA - lots of graphical glitches
XTPAPX - definitely a challenge code, the game graphics are a bit disorienting and the game will go from going super fast to lagging to super fast again without warning

6:54 I assume that it was a joke, but for someone who misunderstood: In South Korea, many groups of people happens to have the same name, so the viewer here wouldn't be an athlete, I suppose... (I've seen or heard of many people, mostly female, having the same name as mine, especially an Olympic ice skater.)
I made up a code, I think it’s called UIASEE, it makes every single power-up give you invincibility.
So, if you have an emulator, can't you use the PAR codes to discover your own Game Genie codes! I had a Fame Genie for all the old systems (NES and Sega Genesis - if I had an SNES - I would have gotten one die that one, too) I had growing up. It is a shame the company went under.
Game Shark (I don't know if that are still around - I had it for my N64, is good, but never had the "fun-ness" of the Game Genie - of just typing in and trying the codes!)
It's interesting to hear the sound effects played very slowly so you can really tell how they were composed.
You know what'd be fun? Make a code that could possibly reverse the effects of YEAAAAA and similar codes, like say you get some progress in yeaaaaa, then you apply the reverse code (like a cure and/or antidote) and you get back some normal functionality.
