I don't understand why women still use all the silly stuff ati to tighten their Vs, sijui soaps,gels blah blah... Si they just do Kegel Excersises👌. It doesn't cost you a dime and yet it leaves your V in its perfect normal condition.

Yes, see a medical officer in a good hospital immediately. They are capable of dealing with it and if it's a tad complex for them to handle, referral mechanisms are there that will make sure you are attended to by an Obgyn in the same hospital that you can afford or elsewhere. Do not sit with a problem for 8 months simply because you cannot afford a private obgyn or because you are shy or for any reason at all. Your health comes first.
