- So, now that I have your attention, let's talk about when our daughters need to start seeing an OB-GYN and in case you missed the "jump off in your budding years, what can you do about it now.
And don't get worked up about not wanting to pay to see a doctor.
I sincerely hope my fellow men are taking notes because this is help that you have not asked for but undoubtedly need. Thank Caroline & Dr Kihara
Now these are the type of conversations we need!!! Thank you Caroline for enlightening us on such invaluable lessons surrounding women hygiene..Very candid but the Truth!!
Kama kawaida. You do not disappoint. We need to meet OBGYN as early as possible, I went alone to one at 18years. Alot of women have not taken the HPV vaccine. Priorities, priorities, priorities. Never bought a second hand panty or bra not stockings, buy new things.
I even wash my new underwear and stockings before I wear it
Great conversation Caroline......kindly talk about family planning extensively young women in their twenties neeeeed it
Lydiah Nyambura Seconded 🤗
Totally agree. Good job ladies!
Lydiah Nyambura yes!!! Very much needed talk!
1:28 ''OB-GYN'' love the way Caroline give that look and say what it stands for.I had no idea what it is.
Educative, relevant, significant, crucial and interesting are just but the few words I would use to describe this conversation. What do I even say about you ladies? You've got your facts right, great turn taking skills and the passion with which you are passing the message in on another level. I can't wait for the next part.....
OMG hope it's not too late for me to learn all these. Where have I been all this time. God bless you Carline Motoko
The only youtube channel i’ll never and cant regret subscribing. INFORMATIVE.
Thank you Caroline and Dr. Kihara. Would gladly appreciate a discussion on contraception.
This needs to be a seminar. So much to learn. Thank you Caroline
What younger women (and everyone else, really) needs is a primary care physician such as a family doctor (aka GP). General practitioners can work with young female patients on many of the issues that Dr. Kihara is raising. Pediatricians can see patients till they are 18 years.
I have loved you girl since the time you were in Kiss because of your boldness. I have watched the 3 parts waiting for the next. These are pertinent issues. I love it love it love it.

Great conversation thank you soo much God bless you. Part 4 plz.
Great talk.
I have a question regarding boric acid pessaries. I've heard from a gynae that they're good for bacterial vaginosis and overall vaginal health. Are they recommended, effective and necessary? Or should they be avoided?
Another request, could you discuss bacterial vaginosis? I feel that it's not covered enough in discussions pertaining reproductive health
ireally enjoy this conversation ithink Iwill share it to all women WhatsApp groups because this is all need to hear,no man will come to you anf take you to gyn it's us to make them know we need to go for check ups
Very Informative.
Thank you Caroline Mutoko.
Thanks for this series 😘
Great conversation
Thank you Ladies!
Kindly confirm, is it necessary to sleep without a panty, and are "no panty days" healthy? Is it okay to put on panty liners?
well this is very informative, thanks.
Looking forward to part 4
very informative ma'am. Please bring her back for contraception
Great job thanks
Great content thea,
Waiting for Part IV .Very informative
Great conversation, we should talk about this until it becomes normal to visit an OB-GYN for just routine check ups, even the bible says if you lack knowledge you'll perish. My question to the Doc, are skin warts related to sexual health?
i love every bit of the conversation
@caroline Mutoko
Please talk about imperforated hymen,it's really affecting the pre-teens
😍😍😍😍thankyou...good job!!!
Wow thanks for such a wonderful topic.. ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you caroline
Thanks for the insight lookin forward for the next video.
Such phenomenal women
Wow can't wait for the next session
thanks carol
You've got to love this woman sometimes
Very informative 😊
Amazing conversation! Question;waxing or shaving?
Is choosing to go braless wrong for ladies? I started experiencing some pain under my breasts 5 years ago and after I went braless I didn't experience the pain again. My mom too complained over a similar pain and decided to go braless and it disappeared
Makena Makhulo getting a proper bra size a whole other story, most of us don’t have the right size and it affects a lot more than we think. Being a woman is work
can't wait for the next session....
I agree with the whole underwear thing. But not all of us can afford those expensive bras, mtumba is quite affordable. So....
Sooooooooo informative. Enjoying every bit of it. Please talk about how to deal with chafing(for plus size women) so that bikers can be avoided. Also is it safe to use baby wipes instead of tissues?
Good job Caroline
Hi, can u talk about ovulation and why some us cramp then? And about kegels and how to exercise the vaginal muscles
Very informative
Hey Carol I want to know about tampons are they safe to use?? Many thanks.
Supper important! Thanks
The people disliking the video what is God's name do you want?? Nkt!!!
Caroline good job
Thumbs up carol.
I was wondering why you dint talk about discharge and panty liners
I have a question for your next discussion, so I recently relocated to Mombasa n I currently fully live in here. Our shower water (or rather water that comes from the taps) is very salty like very very very salty. Is it okay if I use that water to clean downstairs or I should i use only fresh water?
-Does using salty water introduce bacteria into the vagina and can it make you get an UTI?
So, how do you ascertain the credibility of your ob/gyn?
Informative
