  • So, now that I have your attention, let's talk about when our daughters need to start seeing an OB-GYN and in case you missed the "jump off in your budding years, what can you do about it now.
And don't get worked up about not wanting to pay to see a doctor.

Now these are the type of conversations we need!!! Thank you Caroline for enlightening us on such invaluable lessons surrounding women hygiene..Very candid but the Truth!!

  • @BerylWalubengoAnyitiNanyama

Kama kawaida. You do not disappoint. We need to meet OBGYN as early as possible, I went alone to one at 18years. Alot of women have not taken the HPV vaccine. Priorities, priorities, priorities. Never bought a second hand panty or bra not stockings, buy new things.

You've got your facts right, great turn taking skills and the passion with which you are passing the message in on another level. I can't wait for the next part.....

What younger women (and everyone else, really) needs is a primary care physician such as a family doctor (aka GP). General practitioners can work with young female patients on many of the issues that Dr. Kihara is raising. Pediatricians can see patients till they are 18 years.

I have a question regarding boric acid pessaries. I've heard from a gynae that they're good for bacterial vaginosis and overall vaginal health. Are they recommended, effective and necessary? Or should they be avoided?
Another request, could you discuss bacterial vaginosis? I feel that it's not covered enough in discussions pertaining reproductive health

I have a question for your next discussion, so I recently relocated to Mombasa n I currently fully live in here. Our shower water (or rather water that comes from the taps) is very salty like very very very salty. Is it okay if I use that water to clean downstairs or I should i use only fresh water?
-Does using salty water introduce bacteria into the vagina and can it make you get an UTI?
