    Beautiful work. Love the bells. Every time a bell rings an angle gets it’s wings.

    Hello Savannah, Tiffaney has shown us lots of your work, over time, its beautiful what you do and now we have your voice and hands to get to know. Get better to the lady in the background, i know if she could she would be where you are, but your work and your way of working is front and centre right now. thankyou

    Hey Tiffinie! Geez, more adorableness from you, I love those little angels. Especially the fairy one off course lol! I might add a few to my pottery garden for Christmas. What I also loved in your video is when you said: " as I messed this one up, I now have the opportunity to do something else." That's my kind of thinking too! 😉Thank you so much for your kind words, I sat here blushing! 😊 So sweet of you to mention me and I am very happy we met through this amazing technology. Your videos brighten up my day and you also inspire me very much! What a great pottery community we have! So from one hippie to another, happy creating and you will soon be dancing again! And now I am of to amazon..... checking out your books! xx Monique

      Oh Monique, you are the sweetest! Sooo very glad we connected. Wait until my next video...I couldn't stop there with the fairy, lol. It morphed into another video and they are so stinking cute. Ues, potters are the best problem solvers I've ever met. I don't know of one who gets upset. Nope, we get to work figuring it out and how far we can test this amazing medium we love. Enjoy the books! 😉

    I wonder how you could make a dog head for the angel. Lost our sweet fur baby in April & had the idea while I was watching this wonderful video that it would be sweet to hang a little dog angel on the tree. I’m so grateful to have found you & am glad you’re still healing well & that this surgery is going better than the first time you had to have it done! 🤗💜💜

    what kind of clay do you use is it air dry and what brand?

    • @hobblecreekpottery
      @hobblecreekpottery  Před rokem

      I used bmix stoneware. I've never worked with air-dry clay, but if using that you might need an armature like aluminum foil to help support it.

    What do you have on the rolling 0in to keep clay from sticking?

    • @hobblecreekpottery
      @hobblecreekpottery  Před rokem

      Stoneware clay doesn't stick to wood and the tool is made of wood. Hope that helps.

    • @hobblecreekpottery
      @hobblecreekpottery  Před rokem

      I actually take the angel with me shopping, and let her pick her head, lol. I'm such a visual person that I need to hold the bead up to the angel to see what looks best. So take her out shopping! I've even sold a few while doing that.

      I just use cording and add knots and string beads and bells until I'm happy with the results.

    Hello Tiffinie. My husband and I enjoy your video’s. Love your angels and all the neat tools you use to create them. Would you mind sharing what glaze you use on them and also how you glaze them. In other words do you leave the bottom edges unglazed for the firing. Thanking you in advance. Cheers Paula and Reiner; Paisley, Ontario Canada 🙂

    • @hobblecreekpottery
      @hobblecreekpottery  Před rokem

      Thank you so much. I'm glad you're both enjoying the videos. I do wipe the bottoms of glaze and usually fire the angels white or clear, and then I luster them with mother of pearl to give them more shine.

    • @yesh3279
      @yesh3279 Před rokem +1

      @@hobblecreekpottery Thank you so much for your prompt reply. Forgive my ignorance as I have never used Mother of Pearl. Am I understanding correctly that the luster is added after the glaze firing and if so, do you have to fire it again. Just have never heard of it. 😏
