The focus of this class is all about the arms with a bit of stability and core activation work included since you’re sitting on the exercise ball. You can move with or without weights during this class. For more strength, opt-into using weights.

I find this a great workout for balance and arms strength I decided to buy a platform for my ball because I felt I was sitting with my knees bent higher then my backside and it hurt my knees You still have balance the ball The next size ball is to high for me so it worked out great Thanks for the class
