I believe so Every Monday at 12:30 pm I haven't been there in a while but they should still test them just don't go in front of the gates as refinery security might not like it... try the cemetery if you can.
@@SirensandThunderbolts1003 was planning on doing the one by the small baseball diamond (close to one of the refineries) if it's still operational.. but yeah i already know the gate and security issue... typical of private security to try and blow things out of proportion.

Yeah no kidding if this were a fire dept they would surely do that if it ever got outta shape but since this is a oil refinery they don't care about it its all about if it broke just replace it.
As far as I know, if you hear the Sarnia, sirens, get away, or stake shelter, there is possibly a dangerous chemical leak.
