- After 2 years of trying to see this engine, I finally got to see it! After 118 departed the Vaughan yard, 119 followed about 10 minutes later. CP 8757 had an awesome K5LA horn on it . 119 had the every child matters unit leading with two KCS units on this train. KCS 4557 was trailing second and was a former grey ghost unit. KCS 4683 was the DPU and recently failed its electrical components on 112. This train was cleared to mactier and will be meeting CPKC 112 at the mactier siding. There’s a chance that CP 8757 could come back on 118 or 112 in the next 3-6 days.
119 was stopped for 20 seconds due to cp workers working the siding with empty autoracks that split the crossing. These autoracks were dropped off last night at around 3 am in the morning when H17 came through. I’m not sure if Honda engines or if H49 is going to pick these autoracks up or if it’s H17 the next morning.
