Troopers Recover Illegal Immigrants Smuggled Inside Wooden Box

DPS Troopers stopped a truck tractor in Webb County and noticed illegal immigrants hidden under aluminum panels. The Troopers moved some construction barriers blocking the panels and then pried open a wooden contain to uncover seven illegal immigrants inside. All seven were referred to Border Patrol. The driver, from Laredo, was arrested and charged with smuggling of persons.

How will the government enforce the only 5,000 migrants per day rule?
Do they have a counter they click for each person, then say, "No more today. Sleep on your side and we'll let you in in the morning?" Do they keep walkie talkies to keep in touch with each border state's counts? How would this done? 🤔
