At the end of 2022 I asked you guys, what kind of videos you would like to see. I saw several requests asking for my updated skincare routine.
So here I am with my skin care guru, my sister - Shaheen! from skin types to skin concerns, routines to ingredients we can talk about skin care endlessly!

The strategy that worked for me in achieving blemish-free glowing skin. - Eat nutritious food and drink sufficient water. This assists every skin types to shine. Remember this throughout your day.
Celebs frequently speak about drinking at least 7 glasses of water every day for good skin. It's a thing you can depend on.
Keep the face clean from pollution and dust. I know it's not effortless, but one have to make an effort.
Wash your face with normal water first, then use a mild face wash two times a day, in the morning and night. Also, rinse your facial skin with water whenever one go out in the sun.
Use just mild face wash like litlextra riceberry face wash.
Regularly apply sunscreen when you venture outdoors. It's important.
Apply rice berry Vitamin C serum for facial every day, it fades dark spots and gives glowing skin.
Keep active. Take walks consistently.
The following are my tips for glowing skin, based on my experience. I hope they help one get gorgeous, bright glowing skin that everyone admires.

@@srersh05 these celebs are misleading in many ways, they do lot of collaboration with brands. And do you really think these people have time to do all the research on their own. They have different teams for different purposes. Anyways, I don't care. Most of the products available here in US if anyone wants to buy them.

Wrong knowledge shaheen said that peptides do as same as ceramides . But ceramides are lipidis fats and peptides are same as proteins but with small chain amino acids ... I am a nurse

Instant after scrubbing with your regular toothbrush you can use ghee(clarified butter) on your lips to have buttery lips ....that worked for my lips like miracle

Alia hope you're reading this. First of all this video is a big green flag, I just love how informed you are. Secondly if u have a hard time re-applying sunscreen bcoz of make-up you can always use sun sticks, spf based compact powder and invisible spf spray. I agree even I have to get better with re-application, but whenever I do remember these are my go to's for applying over makeup.

10:02 AN ADVICE- you should use hyaluronic acid serum on damp face in order to ensure that your skin remains hydrated and plum by sucking the moisture from damp skin. Using it on dry face can cause more dryness which we don't want :)
In the Mumbai weather, as she mentioned it’s really humid. It can work will regardless, plus she topped it off with a lot of hydration so it’s works well

@@dhruvikaabandi moisture between skin hyaluronic is different and moisture between HA and atmosphere is different, since HA can easily suck moisture from something which is near it. Also, we people tend to live and spend time in AC which removes humidity from surroundings. Dampness between skin and HA works like magic causing plumpness to dry skin whereas it way cause damage to skin the other way round specially to dry skin. HA tends to suck moisture from surroundings and provide hydration to skin. Dampness on the skin is very essential prior application even in humid weather condition as it can suck moisture from something which is near it and this definitely works like wonders on dry skin. Moreover it would be great to have moisture content both the sides of HA to prevent dryness for dry skin people.
This is myth. You don't need to use hyaluronic acid on damp skin because all of your other skincare products - serums, moisturizers, toners have adequate water in it. So the hyaluronic acid already has enough water to attach to and it also draws water from the humid environment. You can check out lab muffin beauty science's video on it where she debunks this skincare myth.

It's true, if you have dark circles that are inherited (most Indians have this problem) then u can do nthg about it except maybe slightly reducing the appearance. And u definitely don't need an eye cream for that, other products work just as fine!

Shaheen and I have similar concerns. I have pigmentation, acne, and very dry skin. I would not follow a routine earlier. But the moment I realised the importance of it, there is no going back. I double cleanse in the night with an oil based cleanser. (The Face Shop Rice Water Bright cleanser in light version and The Skin Story Purifying cleansing oil) followed by a facewash- The Skinstory Shea Butter and Blueberry Facewash and Forest Essential kashmiri saffrn)
Serums- I am so new into this, so I am using a simple Dai;y Restorating serum from The Skin Story but please suggest if ponds and loreal is actually nice i want to try
and moisture surge in moisturizer
If you have dry skin and you are reading this- please follow this routine, it is amazing

I have been using the same sunscreen as Alia (ISDIN FUSION WATER) from past 2 years & I should admit that its best till date.
Although its little expensive, but lasts really long and for some one who hates sunscreen because of its white cast, try this one!!!
Shaheen has so much knowledge about skincare that she should have her own channel. She's really the fun one to be experimenting and learning about new skincare ingredients while alia I believe is really influenced with Hailey Bieber's skincare line😂 Also I'm glad there's an Indian skincare brand that was spotted which is d'you 👏👏

You forgot to mention about the things we put in our mouth (food). It really plays an important role in skin health overall. Unless and until we consume good food, all skin products are literally of no use. I loved your skin care routine and of course the knowledge with it👌🏻✌🏻 Toodles✨🥰
Thanks to both for sharing their dkin routines in detail however the best remedy id sloevera mixed with a drop of lemon for hydrated,clear and moisturised skin.
I have spend a lot of money on clarins and other brands but use of aloe changed my skin.
