Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

    Hey man I've been working out to your channel for over half a year now I started in October a little skinny and very depressed, doing your exercises everyday mixed with others and some other major self improvement activities I changed myself into a disciplined fit warrior.     For those who still doubt if bully workouts are effective
    .I am a software engineer so I happen to be behind a desk most of the day and since I started bully's workouts,started in 2022,April at 87 kgs and now April 2023 ,I am now at 62 kgs 💪..been loving my new body and how people around me have spotted the gains from fat to shredded....you can do it too 🏆

    Tip: 7:49 , if you have bowflex or any other mechanical weight, which is cumbersome, you can do left and right side plank [30s each side]. Look at the thumbnail for reference.

    Question, on the 1st, 6th exercise I feel most of the burn in my shoulders, not my core. Would that be do to my positioning, weights being too heavy? (I weigh 132lbs using 15lb dumbbell).
