When I completed this workout, I doubled checked the length of the video to see if indeed was 17minutes... It went very fast. It really helps to not repeat exercises, to avoid some boredom. Thank you, great series!

When is the rest day? Abs never get a chance to heal in 2 weeks? Some days have the same movements as the day prior and are sore already...are we meant to skip a day to rest or just push through it?

Can anyone pinpoint for me the shoulder muscles used to lift the weight at 2:20 , during the single arm toe reach?
Because my shoulder was struggling to even lift the weight off!
Can you please tell what weights to use.
That is something entirely up to you and where you are at with your fitness journey. Listen to your body and find a weight that challenges you but isn't too difficult to start with.
