Zhongli showing up to history debates with his sources being "im simply stating facts" and "trust me bro" will forever be one of my favourite things about him. I mean he is right.. he knows the best but like how long can he just do that before ppl start wondering why he knows information not recorded in history books and stuff lol.
Most people probably think he is just kind of full of 💩 😜
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames Ah but thats the thing he has credibility in pretty much every other field of knowledge. Hes built up quite the reputation as this all knowing consultant of the Wangsheng Funeral parlor because most of his information can be verified as correct. I imagine the Liyue historians have mixed feelings about him lol.
Keep Zhongli’s words about the Traveler in the back of your mind as you continue this series. So much is going to happen, and the Traveler will witness all of it.
Yeah.. After playing Sumeru quest, it clearly reminded me of this scene.
What stood out most to me in this story is the tale of a god too peaceful to save her people and even herself.
People strive for peace in times of war. And this god showed a wrong way to find that peace.
To this I'd quote World of Warcraft actually lol ... "Peace is the noblest of aspirations, but to preserve it, you must be willing to fight."
Yes and so it makes me wonder what were the true motives of the other gods who participated in the archon war, it's kind of contradicting to the belief that archons have at least as far as we know them, for them to voluntary join in the war.
I've learned something similar from the Fable series: that it takes strength to defend what you believe in and love. It's not enough to just be kind and caring. You have to be dangerous.
But I do feel sorry for the salt god. There probably wasn't much she could do and was just another victim, like countless others.

Even in serious moments in Genshin Impact, I can’t help but laugh at the way the characters run off when it’s not a cutscene and the few seconds of silence afterwards then they start back talking

The voice of Zhongli is Keith Silverstein. He's a veteran VA best known for his work on HunterxHunter, Miraculous Ladybug, and Overwatch. He always does amazing work.
Yeah, that is a drawback of not playing it ourselves. She does enjoy the beatdown aspect for people that deserve it 😂

@ashrafhakim2734 not everyone has the time or the chance to read the manga, but Collei and Tighnari are in the main story and explain enough for them to understand, and if not them, then they certainly will when Scaramouche gets more involved.
Venti's story quest will be your favourite, I am sure.
Chalk Prince event will be next (but not next week) and then we are doing Ventis Quest 😅
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames Since you are not going chronologically and the story is in medias res, plus its weird as hell... be patient you won't understand a few things, maybe 2 3 episodes later so if the fans are pointing out some weird details (like Zhongli asked the traveler to be the historian of Teyvat) try to remember it.

If I were in Zhongli's position, if it's not bothering anybody, I would be tempted to let the scholars and excavators come up with their silly ideas of they think what this knicknack/relic does.
I think this is still my favorite story quest. I really like learning about past events. so much is still shrouded in mystery because it happens such a long time ago.

This two quest are very important and will be crazy at the end.

Okay, now I remember what gets unlocked.
Fun fact Zhongli is over 6000 years old and he was actually a hot head who was more of a fighter while his partner God (non romantic) was more of the brains her name was Guizhong it is theorised that Ningguang the lady one we saw drop the jade champer is a reincarnation of Guizhong

Hey guys can reqct to all theurgies from persona 3 reload.
It cannot be understated just how many Gods perished in the Archon War.
So many people in the fandom use this fact to try and paint the current 7 Archons as just some murderers, but it’s not really that black and white.
Context is everything and right now I don’t believe we have enough information as to what led to The Seven we have now.
Now for Zhongli himself. While I’m glad we got to see more of those that were inadvertently affected by his situation, it kind of sucks it wasn’t more about Zhongli himself as Archons are a pretty big focus for those crazy about lore. It’s nice to put Havria’s legacy to proper rest, but hopefully, they’ll expand upon the Geo Archon in another quest.
