This will not change the price for you at all, But the seller will buy me a cup of coffee if you purchase from one of the links. Choice eh?
Lucky charms may not be an Irish breakfast but cereal with whiskey instead of milk seems like the most Irish breakfast I've ever seen mate🍺😆
porridge with a little whiskey is basically that, right
@@tommihommi1 probably tastes about the same from my best guess lol.
Yeah. You’ve never stepped foot in Ireland.
@@danportenier8416 no, I haven't
Yeah... no. But damn am I craving rashers now!
The whiskey and lucky charms had been an American meme/joke for years but it's actually not bad. Always a great time keep being awesome!
Fun fact here in the U.S. you can find just a tub of the marshmallows found in lucky charms. The 30 year old me thinks the idea is gross, but the 5 year old in me wants to give them a try every time i see them.
Dear God. DO. NOT. LET. WIFEY. HEAR. THAT! 🤣🤣
@@StillIt let her hear it
And you buy yourself some to toss in the still as the sugar sorce for a run!!!!
I saw that advertised! Initially, I thought it was a joke. 😁
@@Fuphyter it's no joke and they are amazing when you've had a few too many beverages but, as an adult, any other time it quickly turns into sugar overload
Nobody has ever tried Lucky Charms in whiskey before AND had their life going as well as this while doing it.
Yeah, that's more of an 'I'm drunk and hungry, and ain't nothin in the cupboards but cereal and booze' kinda thing. I once tried water on Cheerios and it was disgusting.
I beg to differ. When I was much younger and single, I would frequently have lucky charms or peanut butter capn crunch or count chocula in whiskey as an after work snack. My life didn't take a weird turn for the worse until after I got with someone who made me stop doing that... But it got back on track a couple years after that person was kicked to the curb and I repaired the damage they did to my life... Lol haven't had the cereal in whiskey since then. Might need to bring that back.
**THIS** is why I do not own an air still. I would be running the most outrageous combinations thru it!! hahaahah! Thanks man!!!
It's got a perfect use for it though, small test batch for random things you want to try at a push of a button.
This is why I bought one!! 😂
That tears it, I'm using whiskey instead of milk from now on.
Cinnamon toast crunch here I come.
You should try this with Apple Jack's and rum to see if it makes a decent spiced rum
Or apple brandy with apple jacks? Seems like it would work.
@@vbnbnbxmnxfm another good one would be froot loops and vodka
@Ante Horstemeier-Zrnich i reckon fruit loops and brandy or fruitshine
With Apple Jacks(tm) and apple jack!
@@azrnich that already exists, Its a vodka called "Loopy" its made by Three olives brand. and it tastes exactly like fruit loops
I live 30mins from bushmills distillery. It also happens to be one of my fav's. Greetings from Northern Ireland. Love the videos and thanks for the great content too
It’s much nicer than Jameson.
I live 30mins walk from Jameson distillery haha
It's too bad you're not in Scotland, where they make Scotch. At least you probably get fresh Guinness beer, though.
A little fact is that about 10% of Jameson is bottled at the Bushmills distillery. It’s a contract that has been running for a very long time
Halloween would be awesome if you can get your hands on Frankenberry, Countchocula, Booberry cereal and do something like this again. This is too much😂
Awhile back, maybe 10 years or so? A brewery here in America bought enough of them to cause shortages and make the news. They used it in beer.
That's how I eat my cereal. Breakfast of champions lol
Love that you feature that little air still frequently. My favourite episodes!! 🙂
@5:15
"I dropped 1 marshmallow."
... Jess, that's the leprechaun's share.
Lol
This guy knows a good whiskey! I’m not too far from the factory would be a good day trip with the lads new to the channel and I love it cheers from the north 🇮🇪🇮🇪
The Bushmills distillery was just round the corner from me. I took my South African mate for a tour around the site and it was amazing. Would definitely recommend
This just proves that whiskey isn't only for breakfast anymore!
I liked the dehydrated marshmallows. I also wasn't allowed to have sugary cereals as a kid, but I still did occasionally. It's all nostalgia now. 🌈
Cinnamon toast crunch?
Jessie, you're quite right, the 'marshmallows' don't have the texture you expect from marshmallows.
The closest I've found is freeze dried ice cream.
I've wanted to try and fortify mead with honeyshine and age it on oak for a few months. I think we'd have something special.
Great idea, I thought of doing that with my Bochet (burnt mead) ! at some point I'll try a mash where the gravity points are1/3 barley, 1/3 corn 1/3 honey. Distilled and aged on new medium toasted Hungarian oak.
When I was young they had a short promotion of lucky charms where the box was ONLY marshmallows. I vividly remember mixing the marshmallows with fruit loops (back when they were only orange, lemon and cherry). Now THAT was the true breakfast of champions. And an excellent sugar rush.
Hate to say it mr boring, fruit loops were never different flavors, but the color differences are suggestive enough to make you believe there are.
@@michykeys actually I believe the original recipe did in fact have different flavors per color
You know when things actually had quality
Even junk had quality back in the day...... granted it probably also had lead in it but it tasted better
Got my shirt, love it!
6:53 Jesse we look great in the shirts bro! Very fun. I love that the astronaut has your logo on his sleeve...great design from Into the AM!
Well consider me inspired! Im not gonna do that, but i am going to do a all breakfast cerial whiskey mash.
Happy patties day! 😆
REVELATION: so my breakfast menu for tomorrow is now set!!! Hilarious vid Jesse!!!
Ah Jasus..... Lucky charms! It's like saying "top o the morning to ya" 😜 Happy St Patrick's day to you your followers and all our Diaspora around the world..... 🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪 Thinking of Ukrainian people at this time when we all should be free and happy! 🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦
Why are you doing this to me 😂
My favorite whiskey
Breakfast of Champions!
Make a run with only the Lucky charms and the whisky. Loved the video ! Was fun ! Keep em rolling on please. Greetings mikey from Holland
Your video showed up on my feed today. I just watched your video with Kool Aid. You are an incredible distiller and hilarious! Love your sense of humor. Lucky Charms is my favorite "garbage" cereal. Garbage meaning very sweet and not entirely healthy. I'm a Heineken fan and have been since I was 18. I will be 65 this year.
Lucky Charms are delicious - at least they were when I was a kid. And what an awesome experiment! Thank yous again!
Hold up hold up... Lucky's charms give him POWERS?!!?!
Awww, I wish he had let it infuse for for a few hours and stained it. Im sure the chared sentiment added some extra... flavor
Being from the good ole USA I can proudly say I hate the marshmallows in lucky charms and will pick them out before I eat the cereal 🤣
It would be interesting to see a borosilicate short distillation system compared side by side with steam distillation system and a commercial whiskey to demonstrate the differences, if any. Great videos! keep up the good work. Kickass!
I don't know where these videos came from but algorithms through them in my face and now I'm 2 hours in and the funny part about all of this is I don't even drink anymore
Allhail the algorithm over lord 🤣🤣
Yea I'm still hear I guess I'm an official chaser
I dont really drink whiskey, I don't know anything about making Whiskey (or spirits of any kind). But I really like your videos because theyre fun and who doesnt wanna know what something like Lucky Charms Whiskey tastes like.
One time I picked out all the "marshmallows" and made a bowl with just them and milk. Awsome!!
Happy St Patrick's Day from Donegal Ireland, Always remember, there's a pot of gold at the end of the Rainbow......
I now have 8 into the AM shirts...love them
The pause before you pour the whiskey in...😄
Crazy video, I smell a Cereal killer whiskey coming
Happy Saint Patrick's Day man! ☘️🍀
Being an American, nobody here associates lucky charms with Ireland lol. It's just a goofy kids cereal
Hi have a slight challenge for you, it’s to make a kitchen scrap mash run. Only using kitchen things that will need to go soon or not enough left for people to eat. This is what I had from left over things I had that where about to be thrown out.
1 lbs dark roast coffee grounds
1 loaf of stale rye bread
2 12oz bag of frozen carrots
4 12oz bags of frozen sweet corn
1 2lb can of sweet yams / potatoes
1lbs sugar in the raw
We had left over
White labs WLP050 Tennessee Whiskey Yeast
Another great video mate good to see wifee, is there any chance you will ever finish of the missing bit off the front of your bar its bugging me 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Another fun video, thank you!! Just ordered the shirt from into the am (again, or thought I ordered it before) Happy Saint Patrick's day!!!!
I think that a Lucky Charms cocktail recipe would be better than putting in all the time and effort of distilling Bushmills a second time.
What is the flavor of Lucky Charms? I never ate too much of it... something like mint, fruit, marshmallow, graham cracker? I'm confusing it with Fruit Loops. And of course it's got to have milk or cream in it, since it's a cereal cocktail. And some charms floating on top.
Honestly, I'd rather just have a bowl of cereal and a glass of whisky. Make mine a double Scotch.
Everclear with Apple cider chaser is infinitely better than anything that little Leprechaun has to offer. And Lucky Charms isn't Irish for anything. Hahaha, I'm drunk. Thank you, Southern Comfort!!!! Jeez, I really am "durnk".
you got me ( i'm Irish ) thanks for the disclaimer. Now black pudding and tea would be an Irish breakfast to make with bushmills
Brilliant as always Jesse!!!
I just finished eating a bowl of Lucky Charms lol. They are a damn good cereal!
Love it bro and that ad I’m gonna make into the am soo much money.
I'm an American who's relatively confident that you can't even buy lucky charms in Ireland except in the rare "American candies" sections because the United States is cool with big corps poisoning us, other countries tend to care a little more about their civilians
That’s an illusion. All of the countries are poisoning us, and so long as you’re stuck blaming “America” you’re missing the point.
Glyphosate poisoning. Research it :)
In America the government is not responsible for the choice of food we put into our body. I eat farm fresh eggs, potatoes and toast for breakfast. Occasionally store bought cereals if I'm running late
@@dallasblair yeah that's probably why the fda exists to regulate all of our foods and have banned several 🙄 remember kinder surprise eggs?
@@andrewzamora2689 I get most my food from a trap, garden, and eggs straight from the chicken. Still legal in my part of the states as far as I know
@@dallasblair they don't care if you get botulism and die on your own, your just not allowed to sell it to others without licensing and oversight
I'm American and I will say that lucky charms aren't that great as far as American cereal goes. Sure it's iconic and recognizable, but not that special beyond nostalgic purposes. I will tell you though, Cinnamon Toast Crunch is way more flavorful and just so good. I'm sure people will hate me for saying that, but it's true. If there's some kind of cinnamon liqueur or something that claims to be cinnamon-ish, please try it out. Or at least try the cereal because it's so good.
Actual classic Irish breakfast….. cereal and whisky, hold the milk
Those things never rehydrate. They, after quite a bit of time, just get slimy. If you're going to start distilling cereal/booze mixes, might I suggest Froot Loops?
"Into the AM" always reminds me of "Anti-Meridian" by Brave Saint Saturn and that really makes me happy.
That's some proper lucky charms you got there.
Looks like fun ! Going to try it with Captain Crunch lol
Then you have to use rum
Finally I know what to do with all that cereal after I eat all the marshmallows
Lol. Did you ever try it I'm search the comments for any tips on how much to use
Traditionally the heads from mash are tossed because the lightest compounds coming off include methanol and moonshiners need to see if the revenuers are coming.
Totally loving this shirt! Hella cool design and damn they make comfy shirts
As a junk food addicted American I can confidently say that Lucky Charms are terrible and the "marshmallows" are by far the worst part.
You've finally discovered the real American breakfast: A bowl of candy covered in whiskey. Just set a pistol and a cup of coffee off to either side, and you'll blend right in to the average American household.
You forgot the BACON
Been enjoying watching your content. Had an opportunity to do a whiskey blending class at Hiram walkers distillery a few years back. I get to work in that distillery as a contractor. It's really interesting to see your scale of production. Keep it up!
Love it, great video.
I'm going to try neutral spirit, short bread fingers and a small amount of ginger snap biscuits, how mads that 🤞👍
You gotta love wifey LOL
She is literally the best
Missed opportunity to call this "Liquor Charms"
Your dead right about an Irish mother’s reaction to that. It couldn’t be further from Irish. We can’t even get it here. 😂
Freeze Dried Marshmallows I think... That's the texture.
Dude, you're killing me! LOL!
Love this channel!
How about a mash made from lucky charms? And ask Brad Williams to deliver them.
My first thought was to make a mash from the cereal first and then add the whiskey before distilling.
But that would probably wipe out the flavors. Maybe put the marshmallows in a gin basket.
I’ve gotten many compliments on my shirt, and the video doesn’t do the colors justice. Amazing quality stuff.
i was sent a shirt that doesn't fit poor quality
i am deeply disappointed with the experience from into the am. the other shirts i ordered at the same size fit, the one i was exited about the most does not... im chocked
I haven't had my own mix for years. Beerio's. Sleemans and Honey Nut Cheerios. At first I was thinking cocktail. Simple syrup out of the marshmallows?
i have an idea for a future meme spirits: pumpkin spice brandy made from pumpkin wine!
I spit out my lucky charms at the Bushmills and LC in a cereal bowl
I understand that this is Meme Spirits, but I would have blended the charms in the bushmils just to start it at one flavor
Just recently subscribed and love your channel
I have heard of beer and cheerios, but I would have never thought of lucky charms and whiskey.
Awesome, not sure which had me laughing harder the video or the comments! Never liked lucky charms may have to try them with whiskey though
I bet them lucky charms would ferment pretty good. Maybe a lucky charm wiskey on its own?
Very silly, there's no way that cerial would come into my house
This is awesome!
Next thing we know you’ll be telling us Americans that Taco Bell isn’t Mexican. 😂
What would have been more interesting to me would be if you milled the lucky charms and then fermented it!
They actually are marshmallows. They’re just freeze dried
I've wanted to do this for months!
This feels a bit sacrilegious. Love it!
If you think Luck Charms are interesting, you should find some Count Chocula, Frankenberry or Boo Berry!
Its magically delicious!
In today’s episode Jesse talks sh$t on a delicious American cereal 😂 and realizes it’s delicious
Chocolate Lucky Charms + Bailey's Irish Cream = delicious af.
No I will not tell you why I did this.
No I was not drunk hungover or high when it happened.
I regret nothing.
The most amazing thing would be lucky charms with only the charms in it.
Lucky charms and orange juice when you don’t have milk is really good
What a great video. But how about taking the cereal and letting it soak and breakdown, then smash the sugars out then distilling, you might get more of a grain taste at that point. Just a thought l.
And Saint Patrick wasn’t Irish.
Now, the patron saint of Cornwall/Kernow was Irish.
well breakfast tomorrow is sorted
OK I have never in my life have I ever seen someone mix whiskey and cereal
Try them with baileys irish cream, actually amazing.
PS Bushmills isn't a good irish whiskey
Lucky charms are good but fruity pebbles were my favorite I wonder what that would taste like fruity pebbles flavored alcohol
