It could be otitis media. It could also be an ear infection which can happen in the outer ear inner ear and middle ear. If you believe you have an ear infection schedule an appointment with your health care provider, I’m no doctor but I do know some stuff about ear infections cause I had one when I was little lol hope this helps btw

Dr. Cliff, my ear hurts really not so bad but it still hurts. I personally not think it's so bad like damaged eardrums. I think the thing cause of my pain was water, when I wash my hair filled in my ear. Can it be that's why?

И будто бы какой-то нарост чувствую пальцами за ухом. Какой метод использовать в моем случае? Лор проверила слух, посмотрела ухо и ничего не посоветовала кроме ограничения прослушивания музыки.

When I go to the gym and train to long/hard one of my ear closes always. Two weeks ago I ignored it and kept on training, since that day I have ear pain and hear a peep sound. I also hear cracking sounds when I eat. This is so disturbing.

Eight yrs of chronic ear pain. Over and over for years, yet doctor says not an infection. So tired of it Appears to by my eustachian tube but no idea how to fix it. Muscle in the neck swells and stops the tube from working like it should. Only thing that has helped is myofacial therapy.

I don't have cold or something but I used earphone for video lecture for a long time and after that my right ear feel fuller and lot of pain at back for ear and near by near ...I consult ear doctor he didn't find any infection neither do he find any tmj what is it actually?

I ruptured my eardrum but I never putted anything in my eardrum my doctor just told me for years my ear tubes fell out when they didn’t and the tubes pierced through my ear canal

At work I couldn’t hear the radio cause it’s very loud and I pressed the radio against my ear to hear (dumb idea) the first chirp was so loud it kind of hurt. The next day my ear is in so much pain I tried I keep blowing my nose while it’s covered because it offers a slight relief but I think I definitely blew out my ear drum most likely

I think I ruptured my eardrum. I live in florida, and to get into the passenger side of my car, I had to move a palm limb to the side, and when I let it go it came back and the end stabbed me in my ear. I felt a lot of pain and a muffled sound the rest of the day. I woke up the next morning with drops of blood out of my ear. I did not go to the dr because i just had major surgery and am also going to a gastro dr for some tummy troubles, so i was going to wait until i got all of that done. I am having ear aching and drops of blood still, and it's been 3 weeks. Can i put peroxide or something or just wait for a prescription?
It sounds like you should get it checked immediately. I don't think its safe to but any liquid in your ear if it has an open wound. But I'm not a doctor. ❤

My ear is in pain because i was scratching it cuz of my damn hair going inside my ear i know i didn't ruptured my eardrum cuz there is no blood or fluid coming out of my ear it does feel like a little wet but it's not a pus so any opinion what is wrong i do feel a little deaf and the pain is like 4.5/10 since the pain goes away and only comes back when i subconsciously put my finger on my ear multiple times

I want everyone to know, if you are in the most agonizing, crippling, life threatening pain ever and can't get into your doctor for a while, go to the ER and/or Urgent Care. I was balling and screaming yesterday, went to the ER, and found out I have a Middle Ear Infection. Definitely still painful, but every since they have me the first dose of medicine, oh how the pain was relieved! Also get your tonsils out if you haven't yet, it will make your chances of getting an ear infection way less-.
I usually get outer ear infections multiple times a year, and this middle ear infection sucks WAYYYYYYYY MORE.
Did your 1 round of antibiotics work full for you? I’m on my second round and wondering if that’s normal for middle ear infections.
