- Fears are always there, under the surface, whether we acknowledge them or not. We all face our own share of rational and irrational fears. Rational fear is a fear of something that presents a very real danger. But irrational fear, the self-created kind made up from assumptions we have about an imaginary future, hold us back from living the life we'd love to live.
Would you rather let these fears chase you around, dictating your outcomes and sabotaging your life? Or are you okay with feeling the initial discomfort of acknowledging the fear, knowing you have the power to look it in the face and say, “I’m ready to conquer you!”
Contrary to what it might feel like, fears exist to highlight your unmet potential. They should be seen as an alias to be worked with, not an enemy to run from. If we have the courage to face them honestly, openly and willingly, fears can show us where our true potential lies.

Oh man…… really loved this one, too. Really appreciate and find great wisdom in what Luzuko had to say about pain and love the modeling of having both embraced and transcended - to whatever degree he has, pain from his own life. I couldn’t help but notice the grace and gentleness in him as he spoke of that very painful time in childhood from this place he is now. It’s clear the emotions have settled some and found a place in his beingness.
Lastly, just want to say that a common dedication or vow said by those on a spiritual path is “to the lessening of suffering in all sentient beings”. I feel like Green Renaissance and the beautiful human beings who share themselves with you, us are a living manifestation of that. It’s wisdom. It’s beauty. It’s love. As a Leo, I was immediately drawn to the simple title of this film. As a spiritual being having a human experience, I was engulfed by every word of this gentle man's soul. The simplicity of his perspective seems to come with ease, yet I know he has suffered to reach this point of personal presence, of knowing of himself. If one is truly a king for knowing themselves, then this gentleman rules a beautiful kingdom. I am not quite there yet, but the path becomes clearer to me with every waking moment, with every painful experience I welcome just as I do for joy, with every moment I embrace as a gift for myself. Because in those experiences, I am ME. And that could not possibly be anything less than the best gift we have for the world.
