Wow, I also have been abused by my both brother and father, who I forgave a long time ago. I also repaired my childhood through my daughter’s happy upbringing.
My suffering made me become vegan, can’t see any living being suffering

I have loved animals and birds all my life. I have come to the end of my days and have no animals now, not being able to look after them. I live alone in the country but cannot walk. I am lucky to have help but all my friends and husband have passed. It is still a beautiful place to live and I pray for all those at war. Such a waste of the life they should be allowed.

I too have been surrounded by and indeed am now this moment with rescued animals, dogs, birds that were near death and abandoned when the stars brought them to me. They're most noble creatures on earth. I've learned volumes from them. Pure love, forgiveness, strength. I'm not wealthy but I am rich thanks to them. I understand this woman's message. Wise

This message went straight to my heart❤. My childhood and youth were overshadowed by arguments between my divorced parents. I have never really felt loved of them, I have never had a real girlfriend ...not until today. I am 55 and two years ago I have found my first inner peace in believing Jesus, in GOD. When she spoke of her trauma, it rang so true with me. “There is no more effective healer than a wounded healer”. Such beautiful words. Although my trauma in my family life was very different, the quote to me shows a great respect she has for humanity in spite of things falling down around her. Both of our lives were chaotic, and when she shared how she had to live with this person for a period of time, I too was there. Her words “To forgive you don’t need to receive” is very true. We have to let go of our traumas in order for our love to come out. And hers does. She spoke that her one goal was to reach someone with her words of love, and if she died tomorrow, I would say she has accomplished that task….with me.

This is so incredibly affirming. I also suffered sibling abuse - at the hand of a sister that emotionally abused me. The result has been a lifetime of crippled self esteem and tremendous anxiety. I recently discovered Green renaissance and I can't stop watching the videos, listening to these beautiful souls. Almost every video reminds me part of myself that i need help with. I'm sure the same goes for other viewers also. This story helped me process the grief of letting someone go and being okay with not getting the apology i thought i deserved.

Thank you this was one of my favorite s. I loved when that pony got up on the sofa with her towards the end and tried to snuggle in he was such a gentle giant and such an insightful woman.
