Pumpkin is really the only reason I like autumn - I hate cold weather, but when I just think of baked pumpkin fries, pumpkin curry or chili... The season is not so bad after all

Pumpkin is one of my favorite food, with sweet potatoes and apples.
I made a pumpkin gratin last week: I cut my pumpkin in super thin slices and I just placed them into a gratin plate. On the top I added chestnut flakes, zucchini seeds, pine kernels, chia seeds and cooked onion.. A can of soya creme for the wet so it doesn't burn, a pinch of shredded parmesan and that's it ! You just have to cook it in the oven for about 1h and it's delicious, gluten free, vegan... Oh boy I'm hungry now.
I love pumpkin anything! I'm so making at least 2 of these recipes this weekend! Can't thank you enough!

The "Pumpkin and Pecan baked oatmeal" are deliciouuuuuuuus! I did cut the recipe in half (because I live all by myself in a dorm room and have no oven but a small pan) and as I had no more egg, I substituted it with 2 heaped tbsp of potato starch and baked it on a pan ;D It was perfect!

Hello fellow Canadian! I do love your recipes and use them often. I'm famous now because of your no churn ice cream recipe. I'm also an audio tech. Your recording environment has a lot of bounce and you really project your voice (which is awesome) If you hung some blankets out of frame it would make all the difference in the world to your sound quality. No bake pumpkin pie... Yum yum yum. Low fat and weight watchers approved. Pumpkin pie instant jello pudding is the main ingredient. Then I think there's milk and cool whip or whipping cream in it. Pour into a ready made pie crust freeze for a few hours but not necessary. Maybe you can find a better way to make it but it's so good...
To make the chili in a crockpot, how long would you recommend?
