I made the chili cheese pasta and OH MY WORD! Sooooo delish! I've watched you for a while, but it's the 1st time I've every actually cooked one of your recipes (only because I finally have my own space to be able to cook and because I never needed to cook for myself haha)
anywho, longs story short, Ah-May-Zing!
also because I'm in a tiny little 225 Sq ft studio, these types of recipes (and your meal prep made easy) are PERFECT because I have a kitchenette with a mini fridge so it's great to be able to have my meals for the week already made!

this classic one pot pasta recipe saved my dinner. my first meal idea fell through, had guests coming and only 15 minutes to prepare. It finished just as they arrived. the aromas had mouths watering and the food didn't dissappoint. served 7 people. thanks for sharing.

Hi! I made the One Pot Chili tonight and it was a SUCCESS! My family is vegetarian so I subbed the meat for Morningstar's Crumbles. It was sooooo good! It does make a mighty huge pot. I didn't try freezing though because I plan to take for lunch and use for dinner at least two nights. Thanks for all you do! Can't wait to try the others. God bless!
