So cool that you invited someone off the internet to tour the arctic circle. Glad to hear that you had a great time Edit: autocorrect turned arctic into article 😉
"Norway is absolutely the most expensive country I have been to" That's obviously correct. (I believe Switzerland is on par with us). But you got to remember that Norway also has the highest wages in the world. Even for low pay, low status jobs. If both parents work in those kind of jobs (like I do) are perfectly able to support ther family and if they are smart, buy their own home. In several so called low-cost countries, a lot of people in the same line of work have to pull double shifts to pay the bills and feed the kids. Sadly. The average Joe in Norway has more money left after the bills and food are paid, than in almost any other contry on the planet.
Correct. But Nate fails to understand the connection between prices and wages. Switzerland is expensive for the same reason as Norway - high wages. There is a reason why goods are cheap in Somalia.

lol ofcourse Bulgaria is an international flight LOL... it's not domestic within Norway.. Just like Argentina or Mexico is an internatonal flight from the US
im not even gonna lie this wasnt nearly as entertaining as the biking through eu and the balkans, or foxing your car even and i think it has mainly to do with the fact that theres not much to do in there lol, but if you enjoyed it ig it was worth it
Oh there's so many things to do and see. It's just that (and it is fascinating in a sense) that Nate goes there to do that one thing (see the northern lights) and do that thing and that's it. Mission accomplished. I had the same feeling with Alaska. Went all the way there for that one thing and immediately turn around and came back. Normally I try to do and see things along the way. Explore. Meet people. Try new food. Fascinating
Nate, i have a brilliant idea, and it will get you tons of new viewers. Get into one of the semi truck companies for new drivers. All you need is a learners permit, and its a written test, just questions. Youre a smart guy and youll get it right away. Vlogs as a "trucker" would be a new level for you haha. For reals though. I hope u see this 😅
I say this respectfully but the number of times you reference the US is insane. Who cares what prices are there? The whole point is to be free and explore. If you don’t have the means that’s cool too but to listen to you reference it even in conversations with her is one of the main reasons why Americans get bad reputation. I don’t know if you’re consciously doing it bc I don’t think you are. Just my opinion. Still love the posts. ❤
went all the way to lofoten to eat gas station pizza and be super awkward lmao
Last time I went to Lofoten, I was more or less either drink, or had a hangover. For almost 2 weeks. Summertime and Hjembrent🤣
(Hjembrent is good old moonshine)
That says it all.
Never have I seen a grown ass man get super excited about a bath tub
Well here you are watching him
Because he showers occasionally 🤣
What a wacky, wonderful week with you. Thanks for being spontaneous, Nate! I had a blast.
Stay safe, stay awesome 🤘🏼
(Hello, internet)
Thanks for showing us this pretty town!

That was just a big waste of money 😂 honestly I was looking forward to you trying to fix your car.
I prefer this content
The Jackie drama was the best part of the Norway series

I loved the series nate. Keep doing what you do
Would have been nice to introduce your travel partner on camera and interview her for a bit 😢
HEs got the window seat lesgoo
Respectfully Nate you might be on the neurodivergent spectrum (as I am) judging by your social skills and behavior
Vanlife in USA would bring in 30k views per video.
GoPro on 60Hz mode in a 50Hz country, lights flicker everywhere...

nate u ate frozen pizza. grandiosa is a frozen pizza thats famous in norway
Was she crying at the balcony clip?
I cry at pretty things
i was worried for a second
She found Mr Bean's underpants in the sink 🩲😅
i thought her hands were cold
Does anyone know her channel? Would love to see her perceptive of the trip
Same unfortunate that Nate didn’t plug them at all
But Norway is NOT in the EU!
Google Fi isn't as lax as before. I predict it will be less than 3 months. But you should be good for a while.
7,5$ per gallon is not american price for gas, 1 gal is 3.78541 L
😊
